'After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

'Horrible staff members, they were super rude. One came to my room door knocking super hard being rude, because supposedly he got a complaint of us being loud when we were already in bed watching movies and my 4 year old sleeping and waking her up, then he comes and says “I’m not saying is you guys but if we get another complaint we were gonna have a serious problem” like that’s super rude and unprofessional. Just assuming and then coming to knock on our door like crazy and waking up my daughter.'

'Lack of meetings room space. '

'This hotel is very old and not well maintained. It is being kept clean inside but the furnishings and bathroom was very old. Also the outside maintenance is terrible: cracked sidewalks and parking areas not well paved. Fencing falling down. Also if you must stay here, request a room on the backside of the building because the highway traffic noise in the front is so loud it was almost impossible to fall asleep. On a positive note, the staff is very nice.'

'Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here'

'I arrived early and was met with the sweetest front desk staff, who ensured the room was inspected and properly cleaned since I was there early and they were just finishing up cleaning from checkout. Both, the manager and customer service professional were so kind, courteous, and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend this location for any of my colleagues.'

'Parking good. HVAC good. Bath good. Room floor a little disheveled. Needed more lamps. Very convenient.'

'Our stay was horrible. This hotel is very run down. Our room smelled like dirty feet, the carpet smelled like vomit, the sink in the bathroom was about to fall, the TV and the phone did not work. One of the two elevators was not working and it took multiple tries to be able to get a ride down. And in order to reach the elevator banks from the front door we had to walk up two short flights of stairs with our bags as the elevator was not working. The one bright spot was that the staff was nice.'

'Staff is helpful and friendly. Very nice gym, but no pool. Room amenities are great: microwave, fridge, coffee, iron and tv with lots of options HBO Max and free WiFi.'

'Nothing super wrong with hotel, nothing spectacular. Trendy place, nice room. Check in staff aren’t welcoming at all. Bartenders are personable.'

'Stay was smooth. Check in was quick, room was clean. I didn't need any of the amenities as my stay was for brief for a day but all in all it was good.'
