'The room is excellent, spacious and clean. It’s a digital hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. You must read the instructions and download the app. Getting in and out the room was tricky using your phone. '

'This is a nice place: clean, helpful staff, A/C, wifi, and parking. Very well-located to Gluttony and the Garden. The reasons it’s not a 5: wifi is a bit slow and seems choppy, parking costs extra and it’s needed if you have a car. Beds are good, and pillows are decent. Staff is pleasant and really helpful We would not hesitate to stay here again.'

'We have stayed here before and it was excellent not this time. Room smelt of smoke broken shower door had been removed and not replaced. Plates in cupboard covered in sticky pink icing. Dirt around sink!'

'Spotless room, relaxed friendly and efficient staff. Location great if going to The Garden of Unearthly Delights or Glutony during the Festival. Breakfast was very good and well priced. '

'There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space '

'We stayed with our one year old daughter and had a wonderful stay. The 2 bedroom cabin was perfect for all of our needs, we had a swim in the pool and went to the playground directly next door. There is also a great cafe a 2 minute walk away for your morning coffee. We walked to the Adelaide zoo and had a wonderful day out. Would definitely stay again. A hidden little gem for family holidays in the heart of Adelaide '

'The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.'

'Everything about Breakfree proved to be great during my 2 day stay. It was an excellent and stress free experience. I plan to stay there again if the price remains affordable. The apartment was reasonably well equipped, but overall the condition of the property did not match the photos online and felt overpriced for what it offers. The building is clearly quite old, and several maintenance issues stood out.
