'This accomodation appears to be a mother in law suite that has been blocked from the house and rerouted through the garage. The hosts have thoughtfully provided for your needs with coffee machine, hot water kettle ,etc. and they were welcoming. We did hear a lot of squeaky floor foot steps from above. It was clean and well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet.'

'I’m new to VRBO and learning the style of communication with the host. Host interaction was minimal as I did not need to speak with the host until my communication about the placement of the thermostat in the basement unit we were staying in. I received a response 18 hours later stating that it is preset for 68 to 70 degrees. No capability to increase the temperature evidently. During our stay this past 4 days the temperature outside ranged from 27 -29 degrees in the morning to a high of 49...

'The location was even better than advertised. No details were forgotten - everything in the kitchen if wanted to prepare something as well as coffee and snacks. When I went to bed I wondered about the train noise and then saw that there was an ambient sound machine at the head of the bed!!'

'The toilet was clogged and since it was late on Saturday night, it was impossible to get it dealt with. Thank goodness there was a public bathroom elsewhere in the building. Overall it was a good advertisement for staying in a hotel. '
