'My family came in for a wedding in Dover, so we thought it more convenient to rent a house for the weekend. The house is picturesque, comfortable and clean with lovely decor. A coffee bar and a bottle of wine were waiting for us! Such thoughtfulness. Rachel and Jim answered all questions promptly. Across the parking lot is an eatery with excellent seafood and a lively night life. Bowers Beach on the Delaware Bay is a short walk away. We had an enjoyable, relaxing weekend. '

'It was a lovely home with many modern conveniences with interesting furnishings and decor. There was a lot of thought and time that went into everything we found in this home. My husband said I was like a kid on Christmas everytime I discovered something else (and he liked the new gadgets in the kitchen). There were only 2 of us, but with the bedrooms and the sofa beds, there was room for more. The home was close to everything we wanted to explore. I also enjoyed the view from the window...

'Wonderful property. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was seamless, except for losing our key, which was of course 100% our fault, but Teddi was very kind about the situation. Property was lovely, including the sitting room. '

'Our family of 7 adults and a 4-year old gathered here to celebrate a milestone birthday, and had a wonderful time! Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable and clean. Jenni was quick to respond to messages and made it easy to check in and out. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and JPs is delicious! Would definitely stay again.'

'What a great beachfront property. All the amenities you would want from a beach house and a location that is hard to beat. The house isn’t just on the beach, it’s literally on top of it. It has all the amenities you would hope for in a VRBO and then add a full house speaker system, an elaborate shower, and laundry. It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN will we visit Karen’s house again in the future! Highly recommended. '
