This room had some issues: - very hot, even with window open and 13 degrees outside - bed is rather short - side table is close to your head when sleeping. place your pillow in the corner not to heard yourself. 'We were greeted at the Reception by Andrew the Owner and shown to our room by Amanda both of them were very friendly polite and helpful . Our Room was lovely and had everything that we needed in it . The Breakfast was excellent compliments to the Chef also the Girls in the Bar were very friendly and helpful we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.'

'Ah, what a gem of a place! A bit off the beaten track, but that's exactly what I was looking for and the Galley of Lorn did not disappoint. The overall air is casual, the staff are friendly and chatty, and nothing is too much trouble. The whole interior looks fairly recently updated, but it's left with enough older features to retain some character. The rooms are all named after Scottish islands, and we stayed in Skye. 'Dont be put off by the 1970s front of this hotel it is fantastic, location is everything for this hotel. on arrival we were checked in without any issues,found our room although on the small side it was was we booked, superking bed was clean the room in general was spotless (28) and we had a seaview. Bathroom was clean, all in all a great hotel. Only problem we had was our window wouldn't open and parking was a bit of an issue.'
