Welcome to the River Trail Cottages, conveniently located about 2 minutes drive from Downtown Kerrville and Shreiner University. Our property is adjacent to the 6-mile River Walk path, ideal for biking and walking, as well as the Guadelupe River. Whether you go fishing on the river, or visit wineries in the region - let us be a hub for you to explore all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Guests can enjoy access to our outdoor grills, fire pits and picnic tables. Most importantly we offer peaceful grounds just next to the River Trail and the Guadelupe River. For more information, please check our website.

Our property is pet friendly, but we do have a limit of 1 pet for this cottage. We do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals and reptiles.

We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please review the following policies:

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.

• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.

• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.

• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.

• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.

• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.
