'We loved our stay! It was a family gathering spot for Thanksgiving...ages 2 to 73! Overall the home was welcoming and all of us enjoyed the hot tub. We could not take full advantage of all the goodies like bikes and fir pit due to weather but they both looked inviting. The few small issues we encountered were addressed quickly by Keri and did not really affect our trip negatively. Would definately stay again when needed! '

'We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes on VRBO.. even in the area… absolutely nothing compares. Everything in the home is thoughtfully curated for a much needed family vacation. The beds, linens and towels are lovely. The kitchens are perfect. The cookware and utensils aren’t cheap afterthoughts. The views are gorgeous. The landscaping is well done. The amenities, grounds and river access are excellent. It truly feels like an elevated and comforting version of home. The location is exceptional....

'We travel often and this is one of the most well- appointed and comfortable home stays we have experienced! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms had great water pressure and plenty of towels. I was grateful to find a blowdryer as well as an iron and ironing board for our use. We will definitely stay again. '

'The property is even cuter than the pictures show, and the price is right. Located in a quiet, residential area that's close the the main arteries in Kerrville. The beds are really comfy, check in and check out procedures were easy and seamless, and the place has everything you need to feel right at home. We took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed conversation outside during a chilly evening. Highly recommend for anyone, whether it be a family or group of friends or even a romantic getaway...

'It was the perfect location for our family of 7. We helped our son and his wife move to the area. It was so nice to have a place for all of us to stay while going through this process. The home was phenomenal with so many extras. The hot tub was an added bonus as we were all tired from moving. Thank you for sharing your home. The only issue was we didn’t receive a gate code so it was a little difficult at first, but that was the only issue. '
