B&B in Kerry

'Zeer tevreden over het gebodene. Alleen fruit bij ontbijt oud en verschrompeld. Verder alles uiterst verzorgd'

'Small room and the host really seemed like she didn't want guests. Are was not rude and I didn't want to be fawned over but some basic pleasantness would help one feel welcome. I also had no idea how to contact them with needs during our stay.'

'Great location. Walk to restaurant and pub scene. Convenience shopping close by. No air conditioning. We were there late May and weather was cool fortunately. Breakfast not included in our booking but at 16.00 euro each was a generous full selection. We parked behind and no problem.'

'We hadden twee nachten geboekt in dit hotel. De familiekamer was op zich prima. Het is een oud huis met nauwe gangen. Wij hadden de pech dat rond 2 uur 's nachts de bovenbewoners in het hotel terugkwamen die naar een festival waren geweest. Toen bleek de kamer heel gehorig. We konden letterlijk verstaan wat er werd gezegd en er werd behoorlijk gestampt. Pas rond 3 uur konden we weer slapen. We zijn de tweede nacht niet gebleven.'

'Prachtige B&B behorende bij een 4* hotel een paar meter verderop in de straat waar we iedere ochtend heerlijk hebben kunnen lunchen. Goede locatie in het centrum van Killarney met gratis parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Voor onze dochter van 8 maand hebben we gratis een babybadje bij kunnen plaatsen en iedere avond genoot zij met ons van het bubbelbad wat in onze badkamer zat. '

'Modest facilities, but clean and functional. It has a shared small kitchen for all the guests to cook their own food so during the busy season you might end with many sharing. And on the last day some guests helped themselves to some of our stuff, not fun. Very well situated, short walk to town and restaurants/shops and the other way takes you to a charming rural area very quickly. '

'Goede plek van waaruit de ring of Kerry of Dingle prima te bereiken is. Host gaf diverse goede tips hoe te rijden en waar te wandelen met beste uitzichtpunten. Gemoedelijk!'

'Kamer lag tss keuken & eetkamer - heel veel lawaai. Geen "ziel" - geen b&b-gevoel. Duur voor hetgeen het was. Parking achteraan is pluspunt '

'Zeer ruime kamers die erg compleet zijn ingericht. De badkamer beschikt over een goede douche. Zeer geschikt voor golfers. '

'Irma is a very nice hostess and the accomodation is at a beautiful and quiet location. Room with a view. Shower was all right for me. nice breakfast room. No luxury at all, dated '80 and a small room. Twin room, no privacy because guests pass close at your big window and - off course - look into your room. Had to close the curtains. You can hear the guests and the floor above clearly. Brochures in the room from years ago. Breakfast from 8.30, not earlier. Simple breakfast. No choise for cheese,...
