'First impression of the hotel at check-in was exceptional- Stephen was very welcoming and friendly, and we knew it was going to be an incredible stay! 'The stay was fabulous, very close to Keswick town centre with a park opposite for the dog. The staff were lovely and provided a great breakfast and couldn’t do more for you. The room is lovely and warm. Our dog was able to stay and come down for breakfast which made the experience so much better. '
