'Condo was very clean, had everything you could think of, plus more, walkable to most places “in town”, including gondola. Communication was excellent. Was comfortable and functional.'

'Loved the fact that you can walk to town. The area is quiet and beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Brett was a pleasure to work with.'

'Our group loved our stay here! It’s understandably tough to find 3 bedroom stays that don't have twin beds for families, this one was perfectly flexible for groups with/without kids. We had some unexpected weather and spent more time inside than expected- the living room and kitchen were cozy and plenty roomy for our group to just hang out to wait out the rain. 'Stayed one night during summer. Comfortable king size bed. Easy check in. On third floor. Thank you!'

'Nice, clean place. Great location within walking distance to downtown Ketchum. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two children. Close to an elementary school with a playground. Communication was great.'

It might be nice to update the property listing for families with children ready to swim! I would definitely rent this home again in the future. It was...

'Service was great. Also the unit itself is nice, very good location. and good value for the money - but the complex is a little outdated.'

'This unit was nicely remodeled not long ago. We were on a guided fishing trip and rented this unit as our home base. It is located very conveniently in Ketchum and close to Sun Valley and Hailey. The 2nd bedroom, which is on the lower level has a 1/2 bath located in the hallway and the full bath is located upstairs. The primary bedroom would be better if there was door closing off the primary bath from the bedroom. Otherwise any noise or light will go straight into the bedroom. Other than...
