'We have been staying here for years. Always our first choice.
Occasional new staff member since the last visit. Sometimes the arent the greatest. There is a skinny reddish hair man who likes to charge for water when in fact every other staff member has given it complementary.
Other than that a breakfast lady who appears to dislike her job. This will still be our top choice '

'I stayed four nights. I didn't really use the facilities or the breakfast so I can't comment on them.
The only fault was the desk chair arm was cracked underneath and it was a little... "uneven" when you leaned back. It worked fine and I used it quite a bit.
Whoever took care of my room did an excellent job, the two staff people were very nice and the bed was very comfortable!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the West Bend AmericInn
to others and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

'This is an incredible hotel. The decor sets the tone of turn of the century charm. 108 - The room was spacious with two sitting chairs and a fireplace. The bed was comfortable. For us shorties, a little hard to get into though. We missed the social hour with wine and cheese, but will definitely catch it next time. The breakfast is called continental but such a wide variety of items, including an egg and bacon dish. Located right in the heart of downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops. ...

'The room was clean, the property is an older hotel but generally in good condition. We had room 2, clean, beds comfortable but the baseboard heat would not shut off- had to run the old air conditioner on high to keep room at 70 degrees (room temp was 79 degrees without air cond.)

'Affordable. Get what you’re paying for. A bowl of cereal and a banana in the a.m. to get you rolling. I stayed 3 nights, no daily room service, so clean up after yourself or ask for an extra towel. Good if you don’t need extras… just a clean night stay'
