'Welcoming , friendly and professional Staff from checkout and throughout stay. Restaurant was great. Crab cakes were great; breakfast was delicious. All service members from check-in to cleaning service to restaurant service and Bartender were excellent. Gym , pool and jacuzzi were top notch. Would definitely stay there again if in the area 😎❤️'

'We come back to this hotel every time we visit relative in Germantown/Menominee Falls area. It's always clean with friendly staff. I highly recommend.'

'This was our first visit to The Port Hotel and it certainly won't be the last! From the easy "no check-in desk" check-in through a very complete continental breakfast, this hotel is a true gem. Speaking of the "continental breakfast, the selections available rivaled or excelled many other hotel chains touting their "full" breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed linens were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. This property definitely deserves the "Best Hotel in Port...

'It would not be my first choice. The cost is inexpensive, but in this case I got what I paid for.'

'We overbooked and I called two different times and was told we only had one reservation. On the second time I called, I booked a second room cause was told I only booked one. When we got there, we had THREE rooms and the front desk person blamed another person and we were told it would get taken care of. We were still billed for three rooms. Staff was flustered and not wanting to be accountable or their error. The rooms were clean but outdated. The breakfast was disappointing with minimal food....
