'The staff was great upon check in and check out. The rooms were super cleaned. I enjoyed that the hallways and rooms smelled good and not like cleaning solution or stale musk. Would definitely book from here again.'

'This place was great! We spent 4 nights here. The staff, especially the manager, was so friendly and helpful! The full breakfast was delicious and satisfying! The place was clean and we always had clean towels. It is a convenient location, and the price was very affordable! If we are ever visiting the Milwaukee area again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Best Western in Germantown!'

'Needs a remodel'

'Such a nicely kept elegant and sturdy building. The continental breakfast was surprisingly nice. Rooms are huge. Showers upgraded and also very spacious. Will come again.'

'We love staying here. The staff are always SO kind and helpful, and the breakfast, pool and hot tub are just great. The location is perfect, close to cedarburg and Kohler Andre. Some rooms that face the highway can get a little noisy at night. But it doesn’t change how much I like staying here. Thank you to the staff for another wonderful stay!'

'A nice, clean room with a comfy bed. Not too hard and not too soft! Close to the pool and hot tub, which we had to ourselves for 3 weekdays. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast of cheese omelets, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. The coffee, both regular and decaf, were very good also. The TV was easy to operate and the heat/AC worked great.'
