'Small and cute little place. No complaints aside from the kitchen table. It was REALLY worn and it was wobbly. We used the welcome card that was on the table as a wedge at the bottom to make it more stable while we stayed there. Unfortunately the beach water was still too cold when we stayed there for those few days so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much. Luckily they had their Cherry Festival that week. We would book again.'

'Cabin just as described. Beautiful Cesar cabin (I think) , very well insulated, awesome gas fireplace, Pac-Man game console got more attention than me.Stove, coffee makers, toaster all good…just microwave issue; had power but heating element not working. We hiked, biked, rented a pontoon, shopped and had a great vacation. Dan set up is up an extra day short notice and good rate.Would like to return some time.'

'We had an exceptional experience. The cabin itself was gorgeous! It was perfectly clean, and all of the furnishings were well maintained. The beds and couch were all very comfy. We loved the big windows and the nice views of the forest behind the cabin. The area itself was very quiet, which I loved. We were lucky enough to experience the northern lights right from the patio and front door of our cabin! The check in and check out process was very easy. They didn’t ask much of us, so it felt like...

'We had such a wonderful stay at Koti! I can't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, just close enough yet far enough from downtown Traverse City. The beautiful woods and river behind the property made us feel as though we were staying in a tree house! Loved it!'

'Visited Traverse City with my family for Labor Day weekend. Property was very nice. A bit of a drive (6 or so miles) to downtown Traverse City but not horrible. On the main bike path. Meijer grocery store close by. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Check-in/check-out was easy. The only negative was the Yale lock. It was a struggle getting it to wake up and accept the access code. We figured it out but others may struggle. I would recommend. '

'Very nice cottage-like home. Modern interior. All the necessary amenities in the kitchen. Right next to the TART trail. Limited parking right next to the building if you have multiple vehicles. You'll have to park in a lot down the block.'
