Gelegen direct in het hart van Key Colony Beach met snelle toegang tot de Atlantische Oceaan, of de Golf van Mexico via Vaca Cut. Dit is een eengezinswoning aan het water met 3 slaapkamers, 3 complete badkamers en een eigen zwembad met verwarming. Het bovenste niveau biedt twee grote slaapkamers met eigen badkamers, een ruime woonkamer, keuken en eetkamer. De keuken is modern en heeft zelfs een speciale koffie / thee / wijnbar. De gehele westkant van de woonkamer kijkt uit op het zwembad en de gracht waar de aanlegsteiger beschikbaar is. Ontspan op het balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad met een gekoeld drankje en grill uw diner. Op de begane grond vindt u een complete slaapkamer en een badkamer met toegang tot het zwembad en de patio buiten. (Geen toegang tot de binnenzijde naar boven). De patio is voorzien van een zithoek, een grill en een bar. Alle linnengoed aanwezig, strandlakens, vaatwasser, magnetron, centrale airconditioning en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Dock heeft vis schoonmaaktafel, water, elektrische en aas vriezer. Internet klaar. Zwembadwarmte optioneel.

We had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable and the pool was a treat in the heat. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. There were little extras that made it easier to get set up (extra TP, paper towels, coffees, dish soap, etc). The Nespresso coffee maker was a perk. The canal location was close to the ocean. The boat slip was handy. The hosts were quick to respond and the concierge was a great bonus! The trash and recycling service was made easy. It was a relaxing and smooth stay. I highly recommend this place!

Summer 2025 Keys Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was amazing, the pool was great and we enjoyed the views from the second story balcony and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking for six. We hope to visit again. Until then back to reality.

Super stay on the Keys

The "Caribbean Fantazy" met all our expectations, with a wonderful, comfortable three-week stay. I couldn't have been better, and the property manager was very responsive, while dealing with a Comcast outage.We weren't clear about the layout, with most of the living accommodations on the second level, while there was a private suite with a kitchenette, and a separate entrance, on the ground floor...but we adjusted easily.

Great location

Great location. You can tell this is a strictly rental property and not alot of " love and care" you see when an owner uses it. The house is clean and the rental company provided a nice welcome basket with laundry, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, T.P. and toiletries. Communication was great via text and the VRBO APP. Inside the upstairs furniture could use updates but everything was functional and clean. A few spices, coffee filters in the kitchen and plenty of cookware and dishes. Downstairs has a lovely apartment our friend stayed in and loved the privacy. We spent most of our time around the pool and tiki hut on the dock. 2 lounge chairs were not functional but otherwise we loved this area. Pool floats and noodles were a plus. We didn't use the grill but there was furniture and the area looked welcoming. We have stayed in nicer places in Key Colony but if you are looking for a great location with basic amenities at a reasonable price this is your place!

Friends and family had a wonderful stay in this home! Loved the location in Key Colony Beach. Close to shopping & restaurants. Pool was relaxing to come home to after spending the day on the boat. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent again!

Excellent Location

This was really nice property and amazing location. Can walk down to the restaurant and it’s a good neighborhood. The pool was nice and the dock area. The downstairs bedroom area is separate from upstairs and have to go outside to get upstairs. My girls loved it as it was like having their own little place. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

This property's location was ideal. Beds were fine, Canal and pool were wonderful. Easy access for boating. Could use better/more furnishings in living area - not enough seating for 6 or more people. Dining also tight for more than 6 people. Kitchen well equipped, but could use some dishcloths and house needs mats at entries for wiping sand and wet feet. We had a wonderful stay in Marathon. Would recommend this place.

place was very clean nice open floor plan. pool was very nice and clean. down stairs suite could use updating a bit but did not mater to use. we only used the 2 upstairs bedrooms . the downstairs worked good for us to store our fishing stuff and the extra fridge was a plus.

Excellent stay for our family

We specifically rented this property for the outside amenities of private, heated pool, tiki hut, and balcony/deck overlooking the canal. We were not disappointed - it was the best outdoor property we have stayed at! Inside was just fine for our needs - upstairs had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, downstairs was a small mother in law suite with mini kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It was handy having a second fridge and freezer down by the pool! We would definitely stay again! Had a few minor things with the lights and dryer, but the property manager was able to send someone right away to fix them. Communication was fast and the property managers were lovely and very helpful.

House is in a good location but upon arrival the linens in the master bedroom upstairs smelled like they had been stored in a wet basement. I had to wash the linens before I could use them, they had the whole room smelling horrible. The locks on the doors had me feeling unsafe (one wouldn’t work). If you sat food or drink down in the kitchen for more than a minute or two it would be covered in small ants and some other kind of insects. My parents stayed in the lower half with pretty much no air conditioning. The drainage for the window unit downstairs was stopped up and leaking under the carport and my toddler niece slipped and fell (luckily she was not hurt). All in all Florida was great but the house was not.

Good house but in need of some TLC

Very spacious living area, nice pool although very deep for small children to play . We had a good time and would rented again but there are things that need attention. The AC unit in the downstairs room does not cool off the whole area. It gets very hot in there. Light bulbs were missing in many fixtures around the house (the property manager took care of that right away ) garbage disposal does not work , ceiling fan lights in a room upstairs don’t work, needs a few more kitchen towels, but as I said there are many little things that are very easy to fix and will make it a much better and comfortable stay. ,

Great house for family. This house worked well for our family of five. Nice shade from palm trees while in the oversized pool after boating. Good fish cleaning stateroom and had a bait/ fish freezer that was helpful. The yard needs maintenance, but other than that it was really good.

Amazing house and location!

This house has all the amenities you need. The floorplan is great with the downstairs bedroom and kitchette - Makes it easy for two families, or someone needing more privacy, to travel together. It came with more paper goods and soap than many VRBO's. The fish cleaning station and bait freezer are helpful. The pool heat functions and we enjoyed the pool both day and night. We rented a boat and enjoyed keeping it right on the canal. Our favorite time was sunset when the manatees came right up to our bulkhead. So, it's a great property. Very functional, especially for people who are looking for price and floorplan. While the home was clean, it was not at all fancy. It could definitely use some cosmetic updating. Our biggest complaint was the gurgling in the pool that you could hear throughout the house - especially in the downstairs bedroom at night. The pool company said there was a leak in the pool and advised us to add water daily. The pool heater display didn't work either, so you have to guess on the temp. The master bath toilet started leaking badly at the tank base and I texted the management company. They didn't respond so I texted again four hours later. They said, "We got your message, Bonnie is calling a plumber. There are two other bathrooms in the meantime so please use those and keep the water off." It struck me that they didn't respond sooner, and that for what we paid, they weren't in any more hurry to allow us use of all 3 toilets. Don't expect any quick responses from them on anything was our experience.
