'From the time we booked our stay it has been the easiest communication ever. Monica has been right on top of getting back to me with every question I have had. When we pulled into the driveway of the home it is absolutely beautiful and then you walk in the door and it is stunning. 'Our stay here was amazing. Everything was either new or nearly new in the home. It was just right for our family of 4. Everything in the kitchen was new and making cooking breakfast fun. We used the boat dock. Easy to get in and out of canal and to open waters. We used Coco boat rentals instead of bringing our own boat this year. We used the pool at the Cabana club. No outside food or drinks permitted at the club but they have everything you need for purchase if you want to and very cute gift...

The home was well stocked, the bedrooms (with blackout curtains!) had plenty of linens, and the surplus of kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Our stay was lovely and would rent here again. 'We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in.
