This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath half duplex offers stunning open water views, deep-water dockage, and access to a private beach club—perfect for a relaxing tropical getaway.

Inside, the bright and airy living space blends coastal charm with modern comfort. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for everyone to gather and unwind. Large windows fill the home with natural light and showcase the gorgeous waterfront setting.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable king beds for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a shower, and a bathtub. The second bedroom is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom. A rollaway bed is available upon request for additional sleeping space. Smart TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room so you can stream your favorite shows and movies.



Step outside to enjoy one of the home's best features—its beautiful open water setting. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching boats pass by and wildlife in the canal. In the evenings, relax with stunning sunset views and keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees that frequently visit the area.

Boaters will love the 30-foot deep-water dock, providing easy access to the Atlantic and nearby islands. The property also includes a kayak launch and kayaks so you can explore the peaceful mangroves and waterways right from the home.

The home also features a fun game room complete with a foosball table, giant Connect 4, and a smart TV—perfect for family game nights or relaxing indoors after a day on the water.

Guests also enjoy access to the private Cabana Club, where you can relax on the sandy beach, swim in the oceanfront pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy drinks at the tiki bar.

* There are exterior surveillance cameras at the home that record audio and video.

* There is a 3.9% cancellation fee that applies to ALL cancellations.

* Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

* Pet Fee is $200  covers 1 dog max. 50lb max. (PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PETS ON TO ANY BEDS OR LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. IF PET HAIR IS FOUND IN ANY OF THE BEDS AND FURNITURES THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA FEE CHARGED. THE FEE WILL BE THE AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL CLEANING FEE.)

* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.

* Trailers must be backed down street.

* Trailers for boats larger than 20’ must be parked at the Key Colony Beach trailer lot. The cost is $100 per week. Inquire for more details.



*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
