Coral House: 2/2 Waterfront in KCB w/ King Beds

Welcome to the heart of the Florida Keys. Come relax, play, and stay in Key Colony Beach. Our house is perfect for families, couples, & small groups looking to experience the Keys. Walk to nearby atttractions such as dining, live music, water sports rentals, marinas, fishing charters, private boat rentals, shopping, and more. Have a small boat or jet ski? We have a 20 foot dock that you can use.
The space
The Coral House is a duplex, you have full access to one complete side. You will have your own private entrance, 2 full bathrooms (one stand up shower & one tub/shower combo), king size beds in both bedrooms, full kitchen, living room with a full size memory foam sofa bed, fish cleaning station, and laundry closet. The patio has a view of the mangroves & 20ft of dockage for you to use.

***THINGS TO KNOW***
1. Two dogs , weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without our approval.
2. This home is located on the ground floor level & we do have a walk in shower. (Please know, it’s not fully handicapped accessible as there’s one step up into the house & the back bedroom has a smaller door frame).
3. Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house. There is also parking across the street Tuesday through Sunday.
4. IF you are planning to bring a boat and need to park your boat trailer somewhere, the City of Key Colony Beach offers temporary boat trailer parking.
5. Cabana Club: We do not have a membership at Cabana Club. If you are looking to swim in a pool, Sunset Grill is nearby.
