There is a 65in flat screen. Off the living space is a balcony that overlooks west ocean drive with comfortable seating for all. Master bedroom has a king bed with 65 in mounted flat screen and en suite bathroom.
Guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bath in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in living room too. Wood step down dock that can handle up to a 23' boat (the dock is 30'). Cabana Club memberships included. Amenities: 2 grills (upstairs & downstairs), bait freezer, beach toys, beach chairs, paddle boards, outdoor bar, & so much more!This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size.
