Super hotel
Erg fijn hotel. Lekker zwembad maar mag iets vaker schoongemaakt worden. Kamer was prima in orde. Bedbank was een beetje gammel en maakte wat lawaai.

Wij zijn positief verrast door dit hotel. Zwembad en algemene ruimtes mooi schoon en heel gezellig. Ontbijt ook prima. Kamer is groot genoeg (wij waren met 5) voor 1 of 2 nachten. Enige echte minpunt is het uitklapbed deze slaapt echt niet fijn. Wij slapen 3 weken in diverse hotels maar dit was echt het minste bed. Transfer naar centrum is ideaal.

Wij hadden een kamer voor 5 personen. De kamer was ruim, maar de kwaliteit van de slaapbank was erg slecht en in de kamer was bijna geen daglicht. Het probleem met de slaapbank is niet opgelost. De kamer was heel donker en de vloer was vies en rook niet fris. De omgeving was mooi en de shuttlebus naar het centrum en het strand prima geregeld.

Oud hotel met absurde prijs- kwaliteit verhouding.
Oud hotel aan het eind van z’n latijn. De lobby en het zwembad zijn prima, maar de rest van het hotel en de kamers zijn oud, op en smerig. Ik betaalde 600,- per nacht en dat is voor een hotel in deze staat, zelfs in het hoogseizoen op Key West volkomen absurd. Tweede slechte ervaring met Fairfield by Marriott in een week, een keten welke ik vanaf nu mijdt als de pest

It seems that top floor is private apartments, apparently they can hire demolition crews to redo a room and not tell customers below get ready for saws, hammers, etc so loud you cant hear the person next to you, we had to complain a few times before they decided we need to move which took another hour of listening to it. Bar was closed a whole day ine day , breakfast was the same thing every day

Although the area is quite busy surrounding the hotel, we had a nice stay. The room was smaller than anticipated given the price paid. The pool, tiki bar, breakfast, and nearby dining options made this a nice choice compared to the cheaper options in the area.

Courteous front desk staff. The pool area is lovely with various tropical foliage. The room was quite comfortable, though the air conditioner hummed loudly. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus depot (I travelled by bus from Miami) and near enough to Duval Street with transportation provided by the shuttle.

The pictures are not true to reality, on the site it looks very nice, but when you her there, you find a room that is not what you expected. Not very clean, room was outdated, many details needed improvement. We were three and I booked a suite. When opening the sofa bed you did not have access to the entry door. Al sink faucet was loose. Bed skirt was filthy. The pool is pretty if you don’t see the details around, flags and cabanas very dirty and old. Breakfast was fine, shuttle to downtown very convenient.

I booked this hotel because it had it listed as an ocean view. I do not think that there was an ocean view from any room on this property. The room was clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was not great, but definitely appreciated. My only real complaints are that there was no ocean view and that the shower had weak water pressure

The staff and service were excellent. The pool area and the free breakfast were also excellent. Our room could have used a little work, but we were not there much. The shuttle was worth the extra money we used it a lot.

I had to get maintenance to work on the air conditioner on the first day. All he did pas pulled the batteries out of the thermostat. It worked for 1 hour and then it quit again. I ended up pulling the batteries out for the rest of my stay just to get the room a little cooler for some relief from the heat.
