'This property is nestled in the Black Hills forest. It has a beautiful view looking through the trees at Mount Rushmore. Mike and Lisa have put a lot of thought into their place, and it really shows by all the little extra things they provide. Their place is clean, quiet and comfortable. 'My husband, our 2 pups, & I stayed one night on our way home to Michigan from our honeymoon in Montana. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the view because we got in after dark & left early to catch the sunrise over the bad lands, but we had a great time playing pool! We didn't realize the unit is connected to the owner's house when we booked, but we had a separate entrance, it's completely private & we didn't the hear any noise from upstairs.'

'Owners are extremely nice. They helped us find the places to visit and go hiking. Rooms were very clean. The area is perfect. It’s in Hill City which is only an hour from the Badlands and 20-30 minutes from Custer Park. Highly recommend to stay at this Inn.'

'Our stay at this property lasted all of about 30 minutes before we tapped out. From the front door, we walked down the steps into a dingy basement hallway with three identical, unmarked doors. We could hear somebody on the left, so we tried one of the other two doors at random. The door to the front door unlocked our door, and there was no dead bolt on our door.
