'The space was exactly how described. The host wasted no time pointing us to the entrance, and is very friendly. It was reasonably priced and we would stay here again if we found ourself near South Jacksonville again. This is an upstairs loft style setup so you will have to go up a short flight of stairs, maybe six to eight. The walk from the parking area to the entrance was all about 100 ft so very convenient. It's 2 minutes down the street from a circle K in 5 minutes from a Publix and...

'Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

'We enjoyed our stay. Only negative was furniture is not plus size friendly. Very much dorm style furnishings. We had a group of 12. 6 kids ages 4-10 The kids loved it. Each had their own bunk bed. They loved the games and the yard was large and fenced in. Every room had TV so we could separate the kids as needed. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well. We would highly recommend this rental. Jared was very responsive and attentive.'
