'The stay included free breakfasts in the River Run Village which we ate there one time but called in carry-out orders each morning after that and it was great- It was a little bit of a walk but not bad. The Ski lift (Summit Express and Gondola) was with-in a little walk which was OK but not ski in and ski-out but no problem. Great location- Great Accomadations Great Staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only bad thing at this resort SPA was just warm- not hot !'

'The staff we came in contact w were great, Emme at the bar, friendly & amazing mixologist, a service staff, I think Sheri was also very friendly and polite and then lady but not least (so bad) Jackson, Valet was Super, they all were but we dealt w him mostly Can’t wait to come back'

'Great location. Unit was clean. However, the toilet tank was leaking on the floor and took the maintenance staff 2 days to fix it. It was an inconvenience, but it did get fixed eventually. '

'Never got a chance to meet the staff- bummer. Efficient check in with the envelopes on the desk. Refrigerator has a je ne sais quoi to it… perhaps it the rust? The lights on the tree are nice. Love the lobby toaster, thought I was going to have to warm my bagel in the room microwave 😅 '
