'If you're expecting a hot shower, don't stay here. There was no hot water, not even tepid, this morning, so no shower. I informed the front desk and the young man said "oh yeah the boiler sometimes goes out." He was very unconcerned. The woman who checked me in was downright hostile. I can honestly say I did nothing to provoke this treatment. Didn't stay for breakfast. Couldn't wait to get out. My experience was so bad. I'll never stay at any Comfort Suites again.'

'We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer. I tried sleeping up there with two fans to move air from downstairs to the upstairs but it didn’t work. There are no windows to open in that room. It was unbearably hot.
