'The hotel is beautiful! Very calming and relaxing, staff is supper attentive and the food was good. I only have 2 points I'd like to make. 1. When we reserved we called the hotel as we wanted to make sure we got specific rooms. We were with them on the phone while making the booking on Expedia. We booked 3 rooms and confirmed with them that we were getting the rooms we requested. When we got there none of the rooms we wanted were what we got. That was quite disappointing as we were reassured...

'Padmaa is a very lovely hotel. The staff are very nice, Monika the manager is extremely professional and helpful, and the hotel itself is lovely. A charming haveli which has been sensitively restored, it is in one of the bazaars of the old city, so close to everything, but also not noisy at night. The food was good, and the rooms all very spacious. Thanks!'
