'Le resort est magnifique et les chambres très confortables bien agencées avec piscine privée. Le top!'

'Our booking was for a family room half board but when we arrived the reception said we had to pay extra for the two children’s dinner buffet. This was strange since they were listed on the reservation. Check in is a long process as well. You have to do it twice at the base of cable car and at the top again. The process took around 30 minutes which seemed to be an unreasonable amount of time. The room was comfortable enough. Beds were comfortable. Aircon in room could not be adjusted for...

'Best Service out there, at Banyan Tree Lang Co they go above and beyond in terms of service. Everything was excellent! Special thanks to Bich and Nhi from Angsana.'

'We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. I also must highly praise the staff; when we stayed a member from our group had an incident and his motorcycle needed to be recovered. The staff were...

'Nice place to stay in a very secluded area. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with any room service requests. Breakfast and room service options were as expected. Nothing exceptional, but also not terrible. Pool and beach/property view was beautiful!'

'Super séjour ! Accueil sympa'

'Truly a fantastic experience! Nestled right in the center of Hue, the property offers great convenience while still feeling cozy and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly, making me feel right at home. I am thoroughly pleased with everything here and will certainly return if I'm ever back in the area. Thank you all for your wonderful service!'

'Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the...
