  • Geniet van dit thuis weg van huis op Kiawah Island. De keuken is net gerenoveerd - nieuwe kasten, werkbladen, apparaten, vloeren, een nieuw eiland, de werken! Nieuw woonkamermeubilair dat past bij deze mooie nieuwe renovatie. Alle nieuwe matrassen in de 3 slaapkamers zorgen voor voldoende rust tijdens uw vakantie.

    U bevindt zich op korte loopafstand van het strand en het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Blijf verbonden met gratis wifi. Dit huisje is ideaal voor gezinnen. Er is zelfs een buitendouche om het zand van de kleintjes te wassen.

    Alle Sparrow Pond Cottages zijn gelegen in West Beach Village, en in de nabijheid van veel van Kiawah's meest geliefde bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten. Het zijn vrijstaande huisjes.

The updated kitchen made staying in for some late night dinners a joy. The cottage was clean and we enjoyed using a real outdoor shower: wonderful shower pressure in all the showers was also a pleasant surprise. We hope to return soon! Cheers!L,J G, and S

Great Place

Cottage was just as presented on website, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pool and beach a short walk, both very nice. We really enjoyed the screened in room, ate all of our meals there. Great stay in Kiawah!

Great Cottage for families!

Great location easy quick walk to beach and pool. Nice size kitchen much larger than other properties we have stayed at in Sparrow Pond. Outdoor shower is great too!

Spring Break

We truly enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break! The house is in a great location for biking and the beach. It had all of the essentials and was extremely clean!! Thank you for the lovely time!

Great stay for the family

Our family had an amazing time at this cottage! There’s great bike riding, both on paved trails and on the beach. It’s a very easy walk to the pool and the beach. And the home is in great shape with all the amenities you need. I would highly recommend this for your next beach vacation!

Great area for bike riding and beach walking. Marshes were as close as the beach for a different effect. Loved it.

Family Reunion

Great location near family for reunion. Near beach, biking trails, and golf if that’s your sport! Saw dolphins in the early morning. No issues with the lodging. Everything was in working order.

Wonderful week away!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were small to be shared by 6 people but manageable. Location is great with easy access to pool and beach. Highly recommend renting bikes - we had so much fun biking around the island - especially in the evening. We will visit again but grocery shop before we arrive!

Spring break with tweeners

Great options between pool, nature, and soccer field served to be a great choice for 13 and 11 yr old future professional soccer players! Definitely recommend renting bikes and the details provided by hosts about dolphin viewing created an amazing experience - a highlight! Very convenient and safe. Really enjoyed the experience.

Great Sparrow Pond Cottage

Cottage was in a great location to the beach and pool. Property was very clean, enough room for two or three couples and accurately described in photos! Would definitely rent again and Susie was very helpful as the manager of the property. She was extremely easy to work with and very prompt in answering all our questions!

Quiet & Relaxing Getaway near the Beach

We have rented on Kiawah Island for several years. It is the most relaxing place if you like long walks on the beach to visiting Freshfields market to have a hot pizza outside. You never have to leave the Island because of all the great stores and restaurants available. We visited the end of November to early December and the weather was great. Enjoyable vacation. Also, our cottage was awesome!!!

Kiawah Dream

I’ve been going to Kiawah for well over 30 years and know the island well. This one of the best properties I have stayed in and the location in The West Beach area is ideal. The actual cottage is exactly as advertised and was extremely well equipped (we like to cook and bbq). The property manager, Susie, was great with communication and immediately responsive to any questions we had. We will be staying here again, without hesitation. Absolute perfection!

Excellent location!

We had a great stay at this property on Kiawah. The location to the beach, pool, and the front gate was perfect. The beds were comfortable and kitchen adequately stocked. The beach chairs were an added bonus. Communication with Susie was great and access to the house was super easy. It was an easy bike ride to the Nest, Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary. On the negative side, the carpets could stand to be cleaned/replaced in the bedrooms and they are on the small side. There were just three of us staying here and we ended up using the third bedroom for our luggage and extra storage. So it might be tight for a larger family. Overall, we would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Overall a nice property

Our family of four returned to Kiawah after 8 years away. West Beach has come a long way and continues to improve. The beach as always is amazing and not as crowed as East Beach! Wonderful place to bike ride! The ocean was so warm. The renovation to the family room and kitchen in the cottage is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped, and it was nice to have a gas grill. I recommend a deep cleaning in the drawers and the outside of the cabinets. Although quite comfortable, the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely squeaky. My biggest complaint would be the hall bath, the shower/tub had NOT been cleaned (I cleaned it myself). It was nice to have a full size washer and dryer. The screened porch is cute but I’m not sure if the ceiling fan works. Overall, I do recommend staying in this Sparrow Pond cottage. The issues we had are easy to address. It is a fairly short walk to the beach access and an even easier bike ride.

Pga Championship Week

5 of us stayed during the Pga Championship at Kiawah. The home was immaculate and the location was fantastic. Easy access to bars, shops and a short walked to the beach. The house was next door to Cougar Point golf club a great spot where we ate most nights. We book a lot of houses during the year and I have to say Susie was the easiest we ever had to deal with and everything was in point. Thanks
