Along with fantastic views from the living room windows, you can step out onto the private balcony and feel the ocean breeze right from the spacious living area!
Connecting to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. Updated with high end luxury kitchen appliances, you can enjoy home-cooked meals with the whole family with views of the ocean as you eat. A screened porch located just off the second living area is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal before heading downstairs to the beach.

The ocean is just a hop, skip and a jump from the villa and guests may access the gated Duneside community pool for added enjoyment. The oceanfront Duneside Villas are situated steps to the ocean on the rolling sand dunes of Kiawah Island’s charming West Beach Village neighborhood. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You're an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island's world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalks 1 and 2.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.
This is a smoke free home.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
