Entering 4965 you will first be greeted by a spacious living room on the right with ample seating, a television and a large sliding glass door to let in the sunlight and capture scenic fairway views on the Turtle Point Golf course. The living room flows to the dining area with a space for 6 and into the kitchen with wraparound granite tops, a smooth top stove and built-in microwave. Behind the kitchen and dining area is a fully enclosed and furnished sunroom with its own access to the deck. A great spot for reading a book or quiet conversation with friends away from the activity of the main living area.

The large multi-level deck is perfect for evening hangouts and is furnished with a table, rocking chairs and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Step right off the ground level deck to head straight to the beach, only a five minute walk away.

This Turtle Point villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV and a large private bathroom with a double vanity. The guest room offers two twin beds with flat screen TV with its own ensuite bathroom.
