Returning guests will notice the new upgrades to this oceanfront villa including new furnishings, amenities and a dining table to comfortably seat all your guests. The living area has a flat screen TV and DVD play, the perfect place to gather with friends and family and watch movies after a busy day at the beach. The spacious, open kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, a new Keurig coffee maker and stone countertops.

This Kiawah Island oceanfront rental comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master suite, decorated in a contemplative Zen style with restful green colors, has a beautiful brass bed with a king size pillow top mattress. It connects to a stylishly tiled master bath featuring an elegant walk-in shower for two with both rain shower and hand-wash shower heads. A comfortable accent chair in the bedroom allows for ocean gazing through the large, recessed window. Lounge in bed and watch the flat screen TV. Comfortable deck furniture is perfect for eating, sipping drinks or just plain relaxing. The beautifully appointed guest bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king for an additional fee, a plasma TV and a private bath with tub and shower. An enclosed patio off the entry hall is a safe play space for children or can be used to store beach gear.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access directly from the building via Boardwalks 18 to 22.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only, allowing ONE (1) small non-shedding dog with a max weight limit of 35lbs. There is an additional pet fee of of $250 per week with a $500 maximum for multiple weeks. Dog must be at least 1 year of age. No other pets allowed.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
