Guests enter Lazy Lagoon by walking up a flight of covered exterior stairs to the front door. Once you enter this beautiful villa, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room and hall that leads you to the bedroom and bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen shares an open floor plan layout with the living room & dining area. The sliding glass doors in the living room and the door near the dining area lead to the covered screened porch. There is a washing machine & dryer within the villa. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 1 car is included in the rental rate.



Surround yourself in the splendor of Kiawah Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush seaside forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds.
