Lazy Lagoon is a newly renovated, beautifully furnished, Turtle Cove villa with soothing lagoon views, a coastal-themed decor and a terrific screened porch. This one bedroom, dog-friendly, second floor villa is an easy 15 minute walk to Kiawah Island's 10-mile long Atlantic Ocean beach. Tucked away within the lush seaside forest of Kiawah Island's East Beach community, Lazy Lagoon provides its guests with privacy, peaceful lagoon views and an opportunity to unwind & recharge. Featuring a screened porch and open floor plan layout in the kitchen, living room and dining room areas, this villa is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, a friends' get-together or a small family vacation.

Guests enter Lazy Lagoon by walking up a flight of covered exterior stairs to the front door. Once you enter this beautiful villa, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room and hall that leads you to the bedroom and bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen shares an open floor plan layout with the living room & dining area. The sliding glass doors in the living room and the door near the dining area lead to the covered screened porch. There is a washing machine & dryer within the villa. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 1 car is included in the rental rate.

Surround yourself in the splendor of Kiawah Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush seaside forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the 30+ miles of trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the 10-mile long beach along the Atlantic Ocean, spend a soothing afternoon at the spa, play a round of golf, take tennis lessons with a pro or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach.

This was a perfect family getaway. We loved the updated space and the cozy, comfy bed. The kitchen and living room provided everything we needed for our trip. Our son loved looking out the windows and sitting on the porch, looking for alligators in the pond. The location was perfect. We rented bikes and biked to the beach every day, but could also walk with our dog in the evening. Communication was awesome. Would love to stay again.
