Natuurlijk licht en uitzicht op de lagune verwelkomen u in deze comfortabele villa op de tweede verdieping met één slaapkamer. Deze locatie ligt midden in de populaire wijk East Beach en is onverslaanbaar. Een perfect uitje voor alle paren retraite.

Deze villa is ruim voor een slaapkamer en heeft een open woonkamer, comfortabele banken en stoelen en een grote flatscreen-tv. Gemakkelijke toegang tot de volledig uitgeruste keuken zorgt ervoor dat deze villa optimaal van de ruimte kan genieten. Stap door de schuifdeuren de achterveranda op om de bezienswaardigheden en geluiden van het schilderachtige uitzicht op de lagune te bewonderen.

De master suite bevindt zich net binnen de hoofdingang en biedt een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en modern meubilair om de kamer af te ronden. De volledige badkamer is toegankelijk vanuit de gang, en bevat granieten aanrecht wastafel en inloopdouche. Meer dan genoeg ruimte voor elk stel.

Mariners Watch Villa's centrale ligging maakt het genieten van de voorzieningen van het eiland een fluitje van een cent. De 30 mijl fietspaden strekken zich helemaal uit naar Freshfields Village. De groene ruimtes en speeltuinen van Night Heron Park liggen op loopafstand. Het prachtige witte zandstrand van Kiawah Island ligt aan de overkant van de parkeerplaats en aan de promenade!

Mid-week Delight

We stayed at this property between weekends visiting with family in Atlanta and Charlotte. We wanted a few days relaxing at a beach location and we got exactly that. The condo was appointed nicely. The kitchen area was more than adequate for eating in. The living area was generous for two persons. The bedroom was large with a king size, comfortable bed.The walk-in shower in the bathroom was generous in size. In short, we found the unit to be exactly as it was represented in the photos. We really enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch in the morning. The best part was the 2 minute walk to the beach down a paved path just outside the unit. The final approach to the beach was a short boardwalk with shower. We spent most of our days there and were blessed with beautiful weather. We highly recommend this location for a relaxing getaway.

The property would be fine for a younger couple. The extensive rickety staircase made for a scary excursion each time we went in or out. The unit was clean and comfortable but a bit run down. Neither TV works. Weird that there are 12 plus wine glasses and only 3 drinking glasses

Got there in the evening and had a difficult time finding the apartment because it had no lights on the outside. The property I was in was dirty. It also needed a new toilet seat, new door lock, cleaned couches, beds and couches are also old. Blanket on the bed had a stain on it. Walls were dirty in bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room area. Stools were too high to eat at the counter, so nowhere to eat at unless you stood. 3 TV remotes for 1 TV, so difficult to know which to use.Didn't even want to be in there, so stayed out as much as possible. Could not hang clothes in the closet as there were fold away beds inside it, so lived out of our suitcases. I had spare sheets with me, and had to put them on the couches to sit on because they were also stained. Honestly the only thing good about this apartment was it was very close to the beach. I waited a year to go on holiday. I was so disappointed. I could have gotten the bathroom seat fixed, but property manager asked if i would be in, and didn't give me a time when they were coming over to fix it. I didn't want to sit in all day waiting. I have pictures of everything, but nowhere on here to post them. I will be emailing sweetgrass with them.

Nice place with a few exceptions.

It was a nice property but we prefer a larger place. The one drawback we had was that it was impossible to eat dinner. The counter was an adequate size but the stools were too high to sit comfortably and eat. We had to go elsewhere when we had our meals or sit on the sofa. It should have counter high stools not bar height. The tv was also very difficult to watch. It was too small and hard to operate. Other than that the place was very clean. We had a very nice vacation.

Clean and cute!

We enjoyed this property. Loved the location. Very clean which is big for me. Will come back if/when we go back to Kiawah. Would really like to have counter height chairs instead of the too high bar height chairs as it is the only place to eat and work.

Comfortable island home away from home

Beautiful view of the marsh with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Kiawah Island is gorgeous and immaculatey maintained. Mariners Watch is a short walk to Night Heron Park and the nature center. I would stay here again.

Great Property

This was a great property, ideal for a couple to stay in. Very close to the beach (3 minute walk). Appliances were clean and up to date and having linens/bath towels, and other essentials made trip planning easy. Would stay there again

Excellent space and location!

Perfect location and just enough room. Quiet and extremely close to the beach! I agree with past reviews that the kitchen could use more cooking & eating utensils. The sofas could use a steam clean and I hope for the owners that the management company hires a new cleaning staff! The condo was not clean.

Stay on Kiawah

Kiawah is beautiful. Not terribly far from Charleston and all there is to see but far enough to get out of the noise. The condo was fine for that. My only complaint was it was not very well equipped. Bare bones in the kitchen and nothing worth digging out of the cob web filled, dirty outside closet for the beach. A couple ripped beach mats and rusty chairs? No cooler, no umbrella, no beach chairs. That was disappointing. Whoever is cleaning does not care. It wasn't filthy but they're just throwing the dishes wherever...I even found glass mixing bowls thrown in the oven. It was comical. There's tons of empty cupboards so there's no reason for it.
