I will definitly come back. The location was perfect. Walkable to Java House and CJ's, supermarket. And it is easy to get an Uber to go to the shopping malls. 'Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic breakfast. Great bar and restaurant. 2 minutes from Wilson airport. Excellent staff and they took care of everything we needed. They have free car service to and from Wilson airport- excellent! And car service from JomoK airport for a great price.

We arrived hot a dusty from a long drive - the welcoming glasses of chilled fruit juice were a nice touch. Transfers to the airport were quickly arranged, all of he staff were friendly and most helpful.'

"Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service
We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge.
Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice subjected to unfair treatment. On both visits, she was asked to prove her stay, unlike me. Most recently, a security guard followed us from the rooftop bar to our room, questioning her presence even though she had already been checked in for two days.
The management seriously needs to address staff attitude and discriminatory behavior. Until then, we can't recommend it in good faith."
