'The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. 'The place is cheap for a reason. It's pretty dirty and falling apart. They didn't have enough spare linens to give us a clean set of sheets and blankets after several days and we had to wait for them to finish the laundry which I thought was weird. They are pet friendly which is great. '

'House keeping was supposed to come 3 times during our 1week stay. We had to request towels, hand towels & washcloths 2 times due to housekeeping NOT coming. We were out all day for all 7 days so housekeeping should have had NO problem '
