Onze datums voor augustus en september 2019 zijn te koop!

Maui Kamaole ligt in Zuid Kihei, grenzend aan Wailea. Het Maui Kamaole resort heeft de "Wailea feel" met zijn prachtige, uitgestrekte 23-acre park-achtige setting. Tal van laagbouw worden gescheiden door groene gazons en weelderige tropische landscaping.

In 2016 hebben we de keuken vervangen, esdoornkasten geïnstalleerd, kwartswerkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten toegevoegd. We vergroot de badkamer door het elimineren van een eigenaar opslagkast - check out de grote inloopdouche! Daarnaast hebben we het hoofdslaapmeubilair vervangen en hebben nu verduisteringsgordijnen in de slaapkamer.

Dit is een gerenoveerde begane grond een slaapkamer twee badkamer appartement met uitzicht op zee. Het ligt terug van de weg, waardoor het zeer rustig en privé met een ruime open gevoel. Het slaapt comfortabel maximaal vier gasten.

Boek makkelijk, ademen gemakkelijk:
In tegenstelling tot de meeste eigenaren op Maui Kamaole, onze familie woont in Kihei en we maken een punt van het controleren van de condo voor uw aankomst om ervoor te zorgen dat het in goede conditie. U kunt direct contact met ons op in plaats van omgaan met een drukke verhuurbedrijf!

Dit ruime appartement is 1040 vierkante voet, met tegels en laminaat vloeren. Het komt compleet met
• een comfortabele Simmons BeautyRest cal-king-size bed in de slaapkamer
• een comfortabele Island Dreams queen-size Murphy bed in de zeer ruime woonkamer (geen behoefte om te slapen op een slaapbank!)
• in-suite wasmachine en droger
• een volledig gerenoveerde keuken met nieuwe apparatuur, nieuwe potten en pannen, borden, en kruiden voor uw keuken gemak
• nieuwe high-kwaliteit beddengoed en handdoeken

Great Stay at the Maui Kamaole.

My husband and I loved our stay at Maui Kamaole. Cara was incredibly responsive and helpful. And the condo was very well appointed with many more things than we have usually seen at a rental property, including tennis racquets, beach chairs, a fully stocked spice rack, welcome snacks and a safe! It was well located, very clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay! We highly recommend it.

Perfect Location

Kihei is a great place to stay on Maui. This condo was well appointed and comfortable for couple with our teen. The Murphy bed in living room could be left down with easy access around. Chairs and towels for beach were great because there are multiple public beaches very close to condo. Condos are situated nicely to offer good privacy on the lanai and great sunset views. Almost everything is provided except for shampoo and conditioner…it was helpful that others mentioned so you can be prepared. Highly recommend and we would look to stay again.

Our Special Stay in a very Special Place

Our stay at Cara and Sig's property was hands down our best experience in the Maui Kamaole! The condo has everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay! The condo is perfectly located to the lower pool, easy early walks to the beach and perfect views of the Maui sunsets! Little need for AC as the Condo catch's the refreshing Maui cross breezes perfectly! Cara and Sig respond quickly to questions and deal decisively with any issues that may come up! Cara and Sig are a real pleasure to deal with ! We will definitely stay in their unit again!

Exactly as pictured & described

We were delighted when we arrived at the condo on our first day. It is spacious, exceptionally clean and beautiful! Cara and Sig have thought of everything including a very expansive spice rack. There’s even a to go coffee cup if you want to make your own coffee before leaving to see the sights. Beds were very comfortable - my SIL slept on the Murphy bed and said that it was great! Some Kihei restaurants are within walking distance and it’s fun to walk down to the beach for early morning strolls or evening sunset watching. Walking back up was fine for me but if you have limited mobility, you might consider driving to the beach instead as it is all uphill but there is a nice concrete walkway. The pool was a great temperature and not too crowded in the evenings which is when we prefer to swim. We will definitely rent this unit again if we come back to Kihei and highly recommend to others! Cara is great with her communications and very responsive!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

We loved the grounds surrounding the condo, beautiful well kept landscaping. The unit is perfectly located in the complex. Close to the pool (a pristine, warm pool which we loved!) and the walking path to the beach to enjoy the sunsets. It is situated so that you have full privacy, never seeing in anyone else's unit or other people seeing in this unit. Lanai is perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We were impressed by how clean the condo was, and really enjoyed the updated and modern furnishings and well appointed kitchen. Cara was always quick to respond to emails and questions and provided wonderful recommendations for dining and things to do. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Murphy bed is so convenient, you don't have to make up the couch every morning. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Exceptional property, great location!

We enjoyed a week in this condo with our two teenaged sons 12, 15. The condo was immaculately clean, spacious, well-equipped in the kitchen as well as with beach accessories. The property is located a short walk from the beach and is walkable to many restaurants and shops. The lanai is huge, very private and provides views of the amazing Kihei sunset. The amenities and beautifully manicured resort make for a relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend staying here and dealing with Cara has been super easy, her blog also provides many tips to enjoy your stay!

Awesome condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The beds were super comfortable and the air condition worked fantastically. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware we needed. I also appreciated all the beach gear - umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. It was in a great location close to one of our favorite beaches - Keawakapu and just a short ride to Wailea. Our kids especially enjoyed both of the pools. We had a really great time!

Great Condo in a great location!

We loved our stay at this Maui property. It was perfect for our family of four. The location was excellent with shopping and several amazing beaches within walking distance. The grounds of the property were immaculate and both pool areas very nice. An assigned parking space was much appreciated. The condo is very large for a one bedroom (larger in fact than some two bedrooms that we looked at), and the second bathroom and Murphy bed were great to have for our two teens. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one could need, including high end appliances and easy access to Weber gas grills for your grilling needs. Nice touches included other essentials such as spices, aluminum foil, storage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, beach chairs and towels, and even a cooler for long days away. The condo was spotless on arrival and communication with the owners was excellent prior to and throughout the stay. We had zero problems arise during our stay but have no doubt they would have been resolved quickly if anything were to have come up. Thank you for an amazing stay in Maui- we will definitely keep this one on our list of must stays!

Everything and then some!

We stayed in this property in early February and everything about our visit was just as we expected based on other travelers' reviews. Cara was available and quickly responsive to texts the couple of times that we reached out to her with questions. The condo is meticulously clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, etc. There were even books to pick from for a quick vacation read :) A 5min walk gets you to the beaches, along with some of the best sunsets we have ever seen. Every evening we walked over with some wine and food, and just watched the sunset with the whales "dancing" in the background. It was truly amazing, and we could tell it was also a mix of locals and travelers. The location was central, and our stay was very comfortable!

Amazing condo in perfect location!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfectly furnished. The location was central to beaches and walking distance to many restaurants. Check in and check out were seamless.
