Literally just Steps from the beach, Kihei Holiday 119 is a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo fronting the gorgeous sandy beaches of North Kihei. The walk to the beach takes less than 30 seconds, we have counted 48 steps!!

This modern condo has recently been refreshed with all new furniture, paint, artwork, linens and kitchenware.

The master bedroom has a king bed and comes equipped with a cold blowing window AC unit, and large streaming TV. The 2nd bedroom has a brand new queen bed, window AC unit, and large streaming TV as well. Additionally, there is a brand-new queen-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room as an additional sleeping option.

This condo offers a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with all the accessories and appliances you will need to create a wonderful meal at your Maui home. There is a washer and dryer in unit, as well as high-speed WIFI and a desk for a convenient remote workspace, a brand new window AC unit in the living room, a gorgeous tile bathroom, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler and much, much more!

The condo includes 1 parking space with plenty of additional guest parking available for free. There is an in-ground pool and hot tub on property, as well as a BBQ area. Kihei Holiday is conveniently located near many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. There is an amazing sushi restaurant next door, and an ABC Store right down the street for any last minute items you may need!

We had an absolutely incredible stay! From start to finish, the communication was excellent — quick, clear, and so helpful. The accommodations were spotless and beautifully maintained.We were especially impressed with all the thoughtful extras: plenty of towels, extra supplies, and amazing beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, and coolers. It truly made our time in Maui so easy and enjoyable.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Maui!

First family vacation

This was our daughter’s first trip. She is 10 weeks old. My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this condo. Being able to just walk across the street to get to the beach was perfect for us with our daughter. Also, being able to walk back to the condo or use the pool when our daughter had enough at the beach was great. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and having a great vacation. Parking was easy and super close to the condo and it seems like a nice little community.

Business Trip

I came to Maui this trip for work but definitely found a VRBO that we will be looking at for a family vacation. The unit is literally across the street from The ocean, close to amazing food (Paia Fish Market, Coconuts Fish Cafe, Da Kitchen and many others). The unit was extremely close to where we working but also close everything else we wanted to do. The unit came well furnished, has an ice maker which is amazing and just very easy to access. Check in instructions were amazingly easy to use. Definitely will look to this unit on my return trips.

Communication with property manager was easy and they responded quickly . This first floor. 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay . The beach literally steps away and almost felt like a private beach at times. Condo had all our beach gear needs . Kitchen well equipped and clean . Spacious Remodeled Condo.

Nicely remodeled 2bed/1bath condo with a reserved parking spot (additional guest parking as well). The condo was clean and had a well equipped kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in unit, perfect for a family. The ACs were new and did their job to perfection, especially on hotter days. The condo also had a beach chairs/umbrella/towels for guest use. Location was a plus, close to farmers market, grocery stores, restaurants, food trucks and walk/drive from popular beaches. As far as amenities, there is a pool and a hot tub for guest use. The property manager was responsive, and addressed our questions timely.
