The condo exceeded our expectations! Firstly, the owners are very friendly and obviously want you to enjoy your stay. The unit itself is VERY clean, with enough space for our group of 6 adults to hole up during the Kona storm. The loft area was larger than anticipated,with space for luggage around the queen-sized bed. The downstairs bathroom is off the hallway; it could be accessed by the early-rising loft-dwellers without going thru a bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of glassware (for the daughter who can't cook but makes a great cocktail) and pots/pans & utensils (for the daughter who uses every available pan when cooking). Having the basics (spices, condiments, coffee filters, aluminum foil) reduced our grocery shopping time and got us to the local Tiki Lounge a bit earlier our first night. The lanai closet is packed with beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and a wagon to transport it all to a great beach just across the street. Parking was always available near the unit, even late at night, and there is an elevator (for those with daughters who overpack). Great place that we'd love to come back to--when the weather is better. :)
