Geweldig uitzicht op 3 eilanden van deze volledige oceaan strand appartement gelegen in Zuid Kihei. Als je het beste wilt ... is dit het! Royal Mauian Resort # 316

Bekijk walvissen (in het seizoen) en schildpadden die zich voeden op het snorkelrif vanaf de privé Lanai.

De Royal Mauian werd gebouwd op een lavastroom met lange zandstranden aan elke kant. Dit zijn 2 van de mooiste stranden van Maui, Kamaole I en II. Een minuut lopen van onze unit naar het strand of naar het zoetwaterzwembad.

Ingericht met verbeterde voorzieningen die meestal niet te vinden zijn in een verhuureenheid. We hebben onze unit gerenoveerd en ingericht voor het plezier van ons gezin. Keuken is voorzien van esdoorn kasten en granieten toonbanken, net als de badkamers. Alle vloerbedekkingen werden in 2011 vervangen en een tweede 32-inch lcd-tv werd in de hoofdslaapkamer geïnstalleerd. Een derde tv is geïnstalleerd in de suite met twee eenpersoonsbedden.

Tropische meubels en kunst maken deze unit zo memorabel als uw Maui-vakantie. Kinderen zullen dol zijn op de grote container met zandspeelgoed en strandbenodigdheden, waaronder parasols, strandstoelen, strandmatten, ijskisten en badstof hoezen voor de lounges van het zwembad. . . Je vindt hier ook games en een verzameling favoriete video's van onze kleinzoon.

U vindt specerijen in de kasten, Ierse kristallen wijnglazen, Mr. Koffie, wafelijzer, espressomachine, koffiemolen, broodrooster, mixer en blender om uw verblijf 'thuis te laten voelen'.

Val in slaap luisterend naar oceaangeluiden en bekijk de passerende lichten in de Master Suite met zeezicht. Geniet elke nacht van de spectaculaire zonsondergangen. De locatie in het middengedeelte van onze unit in het gebouw biedt een breedhoekzicht op de schoonheid van de oceaan. We willen dat je keer op keer terugkeert om te genieten van 'Our Maui Paradise'.
We hebben "comfortabele" stoelen op de Lanai, om u te verleiden om te ontspannen en te genieten, maaltijden, cocktails, kijken naar de schildpadden op het rif of gewoon genieten van de steeds veranderende scènes van de oceaan aan de voorkant. Tijdens het walvisseizoen zullen ze je vermaken met hun capriolen, en je hebt misschien het geluk om een geboorte op het rif te ervaren. We hebben er door de jaren heen veel gezien.

Een uniek kenmerk is de daktuin, met 360 graden uitzicht, met gas-BBQ, tafels en een complete keuken om 's avonds te dineren. Het is ook beschikbaar voor privé-tijd gedurende de dag. Een gemeubileerde picknickmand maakt dineren op het dak eenvoudig.

We zijn erg gezinsvriendelijk en hebben een Pack 'N Play
voor het comfort en de veiligheid van onze peutergasten.

Great Vacation!

Our family of four has stayed at the Royal Mauian multiple times over the years. This is a well located unit with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Views of the sunset from the lanai are amazing. The hosts were great to deal with and very helpful. My husband was a little worried about no AC but with the nice ocean breeze and the fans we were very comfortable without it.

Beautiful views

The location was great, nestled between 2 beaches. Saw turtles swimming and sunbathing on the rocks every day, saw whales from the lanai, perfect sunset views. Enjoyed the evening breeze and listening to the ocean while we slept. Condo is a little on the small side, but honestly we didn’t spend much time there as we were out exploring all the beauty of Maui during the day. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners communication was above and beyond expectations.

Fabulous (10 star) stay in Kihei

We can't say enough about how wonderful this property was for our family's first visit to Maui. It was perfectly located for exploring the island. I loved the easy access to many beaches, and the snorkeling right in front of the condo was a major bonus! We took several snorkeling excursions while in Maui, but the snorkeling right in front of the condo was as good as those excursions! The scenery off of the condo balcony was incredible ... the sunsets .... the quiet of the morning, and especially loved seeing the many sea turtles. Now on to the condo itself - we all agreed that it was the most well stocked condo rental we have ever had. The owners really make it feel like home. We so appreciated them sharing their home with us. They were also readily available to answer any questions we had. The tips they shared about the local area were also incredibly helpful and recommendations were spot on! Thank you for making our Hawaii vacation so memorable! It is a long trip for us but really hope to make it back to Maui someday ... and this condo!

What a view!

This property is 100% ocean view, conveniently located in between Kam 1& Kam 2 beach parks. The condo has beach supplies including an umbrella. We walked to the beach easily and also also enjoyed the pool. Registration with the front desk was very easy, there was always parking available and you are in walking distance of many restaurants. We couldn’t believe how many sea turtles we saw from the condo. There was also one basking in the sun on the beach one day. They swim and linger by the rocks all along the area by the pool and down to the beach. The condo feels very homey and welcoming, we loved our time in Maui.

This property is in an ideal location with fantastic views of the ocean and beaches right from the lanai. Everything you need is within walking distance. Seasoned Kehei family

Our family vacations in Kehei every couple of years. This is the first time we've been in this unit and it was wonderful. The views are fantastic and Lucy was wonderful to communicate with. It's not the nicest accommodations you can get but it's all about the view and convenient location. The Kamaole beaches are wonderful for sunning, swimming, and snorkeling. It's an affordable place with a million dollar view. We hope to come back!

Excellent Location

Excellent location, close to great swimming and snorkeling, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Health food store across the street had a great variety of foods. Unit had everything we needed. Awesome to go to sleep to the sound of the the surf, and we made sure we were on the lanai for every sunset.

This condo was spectacular!! So comfortable, clean, and falling asleep listening to the waves was the best. Right in between Kam 1 and Kam 2...doesnt get much more convenient than that! We'd stay here again and again!!!

Amazing location

My family had a great time staying here for our vacation. The sunsets were amazing and every morning we drank coffee out on the lanai and watched the turtles. The beach and pool are right downstairs and it was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. The host Lucy was also great and provided very useful tips and information about the area. We would definitely come back!

Gorgeous view

The balcony is worth the price of admission! I spent so much time there relaxing and watching the sunset. Clean and well stocked. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The only drawback is a lack of air conditioning. It was fine while I was there but I think it could get quite hot in the summer.

Great location in Maui

This property was a great location to explore all sides of the island. It has the appearance of an older property, but was still very clean. The beds were not the most comfortable, but nothing that would stop us from staying here again. The ocean views are spectacular and we all enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony. The beach, which is right next door, was great for the kids. The owner provided lots of helpful information about places to visit during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Visit

This property was as advertised. Oceanfront with turtles and whales (in season) visible from the Lanai. short walk from the doorstep to beaches. the kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed to prepare three meals/day when we chose to eat-in. Take advantage of the rooftop barbeques and enjoy your dinner at the sunset hour. You will not be disappointed. Lucy sent tips and suggestions for activities in advance that were helpful in planning our visit. Although the unit is directly above the pool, there was virtually no pool noise to interrupt our enjoyment of the Lanai. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again when we return to Maui.
