Wij heten u welkom om ons Maui-paradijs te delen! Gelegen tussen de Wailea Blue golfbaan en de Wailea Tennis Club, voorzieningen in overvloed voor uw verblijf in Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. Zeer ruim en zorgvuldig bijgewerkt, onze 1 slaapkamer, 2 complete badkamer bovenste verdieping appartement kijkt uit op het resort stijl "sereniteit zwembad" voor volwassenen, met tuin en peek-a-boo uitzicht op de oceaan. De ruime Lanai is perfect voor uw ochtend kopje koffie in het paradijs!

Onze volledige keuken biedt alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw thuis weg van huis! Upgrades op topniveau zijn onder andere nieuwe tegels, granieten werkbladen, bamboe kasten en Bosch 800-apparaten (inclusief inductie kookplaat, magnetron / heteluchtoven, vaatwasser). De renovaties van graniet en bamboe lopen door naar de badkamers, met prachtig betegelde douches. Twee zeer efficiënte AC-units in de woonkamer en de hoofdslaapkamer zorgen ervoor dat u 's avonds thuis comfortabel blijft. De woonkamer heeft een slaapbank, waardoor indien gewenst 4 gasten kunnen slapen.

Binnen een korte wandeling heeft u toegang tot de Wailea Tennis Club en de beroemde Wailea Blue Golf Course. Beide zijn beschikbaar voor gasten, waarbij de golfbaan korting biedt voor gasten van Grand Champions. De tennisclub biedt dagelijks tennisspelen voor volwassenen en kinderen, organiseert periodieke toernooien en er is ook persoonlijke instructie beschikbaar.
Als het gaat om winkelen, ligt de gloednieuwe Wailea Villages om de hoek, en de gerenommeerde winkels in Wailea bieden fantastische luxe en eetgelegenheden op slechts een korte, schilderachtige loopafstand!

De stranden van Ulua en Wailea zijn de twee stranden die het dichtst bij ons appartement liggen, beide bieden het beste van Maui's zon, zand en prachtige wateren. Terwijl ze op loopafstand zijn, kan het gebruik van een auto of de lokale en goedkope shuttle "Turtle Tracks" comfortabeler zijn. Ulua is uitgeroepen tot een van de 10 mooiste stranden van Amerika en Wailea Beach is uitgeroepen tot een van de 10 beste stranden in Hawaï. Beide bieden openbare parkeergelegenheid.

This is a very nice condo conveniently located by many shops and restaurants. There are plenty of walking choices to get your morning excercise, two walk-in showers, top corner unit with two AC units. Also very quite!

Relaxing stay in Maui

Quiet, beautifully landscaped location, with easy access to the pool, designated parking spot, Wailea tennis club, local restaurants and shopping. We split our time on many days between nearby Ulua beach and the pool. Furnishings are a bit dated but the unit is roomy and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We spend time on Maui almost every year and really enjoy. This condo was in one of out favorite condo complexes in Wailea. We close it because it was more reasonably priced than most and, importantly, offered a refund later than most in the event of a health emergency, etc. The unit was well placed, near a pool with convenient parking. The interior was a bit more dated than some other units in terms of bathrooms and furniture but it was quite serviceable and comfortable and good value for the money. The owners were super responsive. I left a Kindle behind when we departed and they located it and mailed it to me almost instantaneously. Very good people. Thanks!

Great Location

We spent 3 weeks in this very nice condo. Nice location overlooking the adult pool but mainly the trees and bushes. The bed is very comfortable but the pillows a bit stiff as they were foam and older. There is not an oven in this unit, so you can cook only on the stovetop. A couple pots and pans but not fully equipped for a lot of cooking. Good utensils provided though. There is a Vitamix which we used almost daily and a nice touch! There are Tommy Bahama chairs, a new beach umbrella to enjoy the beach, a large soft cooler in the plastic storage bin on the lanai and lots of beach towels. Also, pickle ball paddles available but the tennis club next door has closed their pickle ball courts due to the complaints of the nearby condos. All in all, we enjoyed our extended stay as it's quiet at night and the A/C keeps it cool.

Nice condo with view of pool

We had a nice stay at this condo in Grand Champions. The location is great, walking distance to Wailea shops and restaurants. We had a nice view of the pool, which is beautifully landscaped and maintained. There was a problem with ants and despite the ant traps, we kept all food in the refrigerator to keep the ants at bay. The furnishings were ok but a bit dated, with older beach towels, bedspread, and sofa (which seemed downright old). We golfed at all 3 Wailea golf courses, which are absolutely beautiful. Tried playing pickleball at the Tennis Club next door, but the courts were always already reserved. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Wailea. The condo was clean and well stocked, the check in process was streamlined, hosts were friendly and responsive and the location to beach, restaurants, shopping and golf could not have been better!! Located in beautiful area of Maui

This condo is located in Waileah/Makena, which is a beautiful area of the island. This is a cheaper option than the hotels near here, probably close to half their price. There are nice restaurants and shops within a short walk (10-12 minutes). Stores are very high end including Tiffany, YSL, Lululemon, and Gucci. The beach beyond the shopping center is beautiful with great sunsets. The communication from the owner was excellent, although I skimmed the email telling me the washer and dryer are in a closet on the deck and missed the information. Too busy for laundry anyway. The pool is smaller than the picture showed, but we didn't have time for that either. The condo is surrounded by tropical trees and is private. The unit is on the second floor with no elevator. Bring your own coffee!

Great Stay in Wailea!

Beautiful pool just outside Lanai that is very well maintained, comfy bed, great location, and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Walked down daily to do the coastal path (aka Boardwalk) daily for a nice nearly 4 mile walk. Definitely hit Costco right by the airport if you plan to eat in as local grocery stores are $$$ ($8.99 pints of strawberries and Rao’s pasta sauce was $15 for a jar)! Stayed a couple of days in Kapalua so we really got to see all of the Island. Will stay again next trip!

Very nice condo centrally located!

The condo is very nice, well equipped with beautiful gardens and a very nice pool. The condo is less than a 10 minute walk to The Shops at Waliea. The Gourmet Market at The Shops has everything you could need in the way of food and drink with a fantastic deli. And Tommy Bahamas restaurant is very good and more reasonably priced than many of the other restaurants nearby.

This was our third trip to Wailea, but our first staying at a condo instead of a hotel. It was so much better, especially with younger kids. The condo is a short walk to the shops, grocery store, and beach. The grounds are quiet and clean, and the pool area is equipped with three BBQs. Just show up, stock the fridge, pack a picnic, and head out for the day!
