Grand Champions # 45 is een 2bd 2ba Ocean view condo dat 6 slaapplaatsen geweldige!

De nabijgelegen stranden Ulua en Mokapu liggen op een korte rit de heuvel af van de The Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. Het complex is omgeven door prachtige tropische tuinen. Het bevindt zich in het exclusieve Wailea Resort. Het complex biedt twee zwembaden, zonneterrassen, spabaden, toiletten, douches en barbecueroosters. Bovendien liggen de kampioenschapsgolfbanen van Wailea en Makena op enkele minuten afstand, evenals de beroemde Wailea Tennis Club. Wailea Grand Champions bestaat uit 188 eenheden in 20 gebouwen met twee en drie verdiepingen.
Voor boekingen op dezelfde dag (wat betekent dat aankomst binnen 24 uur na het maken van de reservering is), is een telefoontje naar Rentals Maui vereist voor bevestiging.
Unit # 45 is een smaakvol gerenoveerd 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers eenheid op de 3e verdieping met een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de oceaan. Let op: er is geen lift in het gebouw. Het heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine en droger en overal airconditioning. Er zijn drie flatscreen-tv's, een Blu-ray-speler, gratis draadloos internet en telefoonservice met gratis langeafstandsgesprekken naar het Amerikaanse vasteland en Canada. Beddengoed omvat een kingsize bed, twee tweelingen om te bouwen tot een koning en een queensize slaapbank.
In de slaapkamer bevindt zich een Californisch kingsize bed met matras met dekmatras, een flatscreen-tv, airconditioning en een complete badkamer. De bedconfiguratie in slaapkamer # 2 kan twee eenpersoonsbedden of een kingsize bed zijn. Slaapkamer twee heeft ook een flatscreen-tv, airconditioning en een complete badkamer. De master badkamer heeft een inloopdouche en een apart bad; badkamer # 2 heeft een bad en douche.
Er is een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer, airconditioning, een flatscreen-tv en een Blu-ray-speler. Om te genieten van het buitenleven, bevat unit # 45 strandstoelen en handdoeken, parasol, een koeler en boogieboard. Dit apparaat is geschikt voor 6 personen. Beautiful View

The view from the balcony is spectacular! We were pleasantly surprised with an amazing fireworks show from the balcony on July 4th and enjoyed our coffee there every morning. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. The location overlooking the pool was a plus for use with our grandchildren and outdoor grilling. During our stay we had a drain issue in the front shower. The management company was able to correct the issue within an hour of our call. Great location for our amazing vacation!

Wailea Grand Champions Home Away from Home!

Beautiful unit, very comfortable, fully equipped in all aspects. Plenty of beach gear, great ocean views from patio! Can be two separate units with common living room and kitchen, best configuration & layout in Grand Champions from our perspective - visit multiple times per year, great time as always! Relaxing getaway

Enjoyed the condo layout, especially the lanai with shade awnings! View was great and place was quiet (despite being near the pool). We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Location was great and enjoyed morning walks around the area. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Cozy gem in gorgeous Wailea

My friends and I really enjoyed getting into vacation mode quickly upon checking in to this lovely condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable on all levels. Morning coffees on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean beyond set the tone for each wonderful day we spent in Maui. It was so handy having the beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided to us. I'd love to stay here again one day and would definitely recommend to friends.

Great Wailea Condo!

The condo itself, along with its stellar views, was exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, a bounty of beach towels, chairs, and other beach items. Very clean throughout, and the property itself is really nice and easy to get to and close to beaches and restaurants.

Perfect for Family

This was the perfect stay for our family! My husband and I had plenty of space from our teenage boys, both had their own bed and separate bathroom. This unit has beautiful views of the sunsets and ocean! Great spot, close to shopping, and in a safe neighborhood.

Spectacular view

Spacious for our family of three. Our first time staying in Wailea and we absolutely loved it, especially Ulua Beach. Surfaces and linen were clean and the appliances worked adequately. Carpet and furniture were dingy and mattresses were not great. Screen door closer is spent, so it kept slamming shut (sorry neighbors) and even hit us a few times. Beach chairs were great, but boogie boards and fins were thrashed. My biggest complaint was the master bath tub wasn't draining so I pulled a baseball sized wad of hair out of it (disgusting). Also should mention the cockroaches, it's Hawaii so not out of the ordinary. Given all that, we would stay here again, but would hope the property manager would put some effort into the upkeep.

Wonderful condo

Our family of 3 adults (me, husband, my mother) and 3 children (13, 9, and 10mos) absolutely loved this condo! The location on property was perfect because it was located directly above the pool so my older kids took the private side stairs straight from the balcony down to the pool deck while my mother and I enjoyed a refreshing drink upstairs. It's a 3 story walk up so it was a little tiring for my mom, but it was worth it at the top! Baby loved crawling around on the carpeted floors and this condo was so spacious for all of us. We've stayed in other units on property and this one has to be the biggest floor plan/size we've had. Will definitely look for this condo again when we travel back to Maui. Mahalo nui!

Outdated unit

Location of unit is convenient and close to the pool. The furniture is really outdated and beds aren’t that comfortable. Also the washer and dryer is so old and doesn’t clean as well. Upon arrival the bathrooms were not that clean, and I had to clean them.

Great condo with an amazing view!

Cute condo within walking distance to several little stores/restaurants. The condo itself had lots of beach umbrellas/snorkeling gear which was awesome. The property managers were also super responsive and really helpful.

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely stay here. I found the place to very clean which I greatly appreciated. The rental agency was wonderful and was so responsive to my questions. The location overall was fantastic. I can't imagine staying on any other area of the island. The view from the condo was unexpected and wonderful. It was whale season so we were able to see whales from the balcony which was an extra bonus. There are a couple on amazing restaurants nearby that we enjoyed for happy hour and a coffeeshop within walking distance that served the best coffee drinks that I have ever tasted. If we get a chance to return, we will stay here again as it was the right mix of everything we needed.
