Met uitzicht op de prachtig verzorgde tropische binnenplaats, is dit elegante appartement grondig bijgewerkt tweede huis is gelegen in het gewenste gebouw 3 op de derde verdieping van de hoog gewaardeerde Kamaole Sands, dit ruime appartement biedt plaats aan maximaal vier gasten in volleerde stijl en comfort, met zijn tweede badkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het Kamaole Sands ligt direct aan de overkant van het prachtige Kamaole III Beach Park, met zwemmen in warm water, een levendig snorkelrif en een beschermde zandige kustlijn. Wandel over het strandpad langs de kustlijn van Kam 3 voor kilometers langs de stranden van Zuid-Maui, langs de Wailea-resorts. Er is gratis kabel en WiFi in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. De ruime slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel kingsize bed met luxe beddengoed en een volledig vernieuwde en-suite badkamer met inloopdouche en bad. Er is ook een wasmachine / droger in de unit en zelfs strandspullen. Er is een laptop bureau in de woonkamer. Uw gratis toegewezen parkeerplaats bevindt zich dichtbij het apparaat. Het resort beschikt over een tuin, compleet met tropische waterpartijen, waarin de verschillende flora en planten van Mauis worden geïdentificeerd op borden. Het bruisende zwembad is het grootste resortzwembad in Zuid-Kihei en het ruime dekgedeelte is onlangs opnieuw opgedoken. Er is ook een speciaal kinderbad en twee bubbelbaden (alleen voor volwassenen), een fitnesscentrum, prachtig onderhouden tennisbanen (met leenuitrusting), veel gasgrills en een 24-uursreceptie. De wandeling van de unit naar het strand is ongeveer twee minuten, van de deur naar goudkleurig zand. Er zijn een dozijn restaurants binnen een paar blokken lopen, samen met een coffeeshop, verhuur van uitrusting (kajaks, stand-up paddle-boards, surfplanken), natuurvoedingswinkel en supermarkten. Het resort ligt vooraan en midden in de zonovergoten strandcultuur van Kiheis. Beheerkosten zijn inclusief $ 1500 Verzekering tegen schade aan eigendommen LET OP: bij aankomst is een resorttoeslag van $ 62 verschuldigd aan de accommodatie.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Had plenty of bath, beach and kitchen towels. The air conditioner was very effective. Condo was very quiet; we are both little sleeper and we did not have any issue sleeping. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were provided.The management team gave us all the needed information well in advance which made it very low stress about checking in. We enjoy your stay and would stay there again.

Great stay, clean condo, love the location and overall stay was excellent, Would definitely rent again. Only small issues were master bedroom room needs more drawer space and the internet for the tv in the master bedroom constantly had to refresh and would lose internet connection.

Fantastic stay at this condo! A short walk across the street to Kamaole III beach or up the street to shopping and restaurants. A short drive to the Wailea Oceanfront boardwalk Trail & multiple beaches. Unit was adequately stocked, super clean, a/c worked well, bed & pillows were comfortable, lanai was awesome, check in was easy, owner was very responsive, the complex is beautiful and well kept. Wonderful stay for my birthday week! Would not hesitate to book the unit again in the future!

Christmas at Kamole

Our stay was awesome! Super comfy beds, condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the location so close to the pool and we had a peak view of the ocean from the lanai We initially had some issues with the tv streaming but once the manager was contacted they took care of it right away! Would def stay here again! Mahalo!

This is our favourite unit at Kamaole Sands

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands Resort at least a dozen times. It is our favourite vacation spot. This Unit is by far the best condo we have stayed at. Owner was very helpful and professional. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Beautiful condo

The condo is very nice with tile floors to make it easy to clean if sand gets in. Air conditioners in both the main living room and the bedroom kept the temperature comfortable the entire time. Location is close to very nice beaches and walking or short drive to many shopping and eating establishments. Must try the cinnamon roll place just down the road! Quick walk to a wonderful swimming pool and beach directly across the street. Only downside was the lack of commonly used items such as broom/dustpan, storage containers of any kind, and nice beach towels. The beach chairs provided were older and had broken straps which made them difficult to use. These are both very minor issues and overall did not impact the quality of our trip. If your goal is to rest and relax while in Maui, this unit is perfect for you. Looking for night life, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the price of the unit was very reasonable for both its quality and location. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great place to call home during your visit to Maui.

We loved this unit in Kamaole Sands. It was nice to be close to the pool with an ocean view. The unit is lovely, clean and comfortable. There were beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and beach towels which was great! The location is great as you can walk to beaches and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved this unit! The lanai is quite large compared to other units we visited. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, blender. The split A/C worked great. It’s a corner unit so it was very quiet. Any problems we had were taken care of very quickly.

Amazing vacation

The apartment was clean with everything we needed for a week. The overall property grounds are immaculate with nice landscaping, warm pool, hot tubs and grills. Right across from the beach where we swam with giant turtles. Property managers were responsive and overall stay went smoothly. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We loved our stay here. The place was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our bed was super comfortable. Our 2 teens shared the pull-out sofa and didn't complain once which, if you have teens, speaks volumes! Excellent location. Highly recommend it!

Vacation on Maui

Perfect place for 2 people. We loved the huge patio with a great view of the Kamaloe grounds and the ocean in the distance. We enjoyed walking each morning to great coffee shops and in the evening to restaurants. We’d definitely come back.
