Spectaculair, direct aan het strand gelegen appartement. Je weet dat je de plekken kunt vertellen waar eigenaren trots zijn op het bieden van de ultieme ervaring voor hun gasten - die passie om te delen wat hen in de eerste plaats naar de ruimte heeft getrokken? Deze bovenste verdieping, voorkant en centrale eenheid is er zo één. Gelegen in een rustig resort, de plattegrond is open keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer samenvloeien, allemaal betegeld, allemaal met een buitengewone, panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan. Kealia 604 is onlangs gerenoveerd met hoogwaardige materialen, afwerkingen en meubels-denk aan roestvrij staal, graniet, marmer, leer ... u krijgt de foto. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is gewoonweg mooi en staat volledig open voor het panoramische uitzicht - hoe kan iets dat je hier voorbereidt, van al het andere verrukkelijk zijn? (Gewoon onmogelijk). Met twee slaapkamers (beide met wijd open, onbelemmerd uitzicht op de oceaan), verwelkomt deze eenheid vier gasten. De badkamer heeft een betegelde inloopdouche met een hoekbank en een granieten ijdelheid. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een dvd, stereo-installatie, gratis kabel, internet en parkeren. Buiten is het resort voorzien van een mooi klein zwembad, een barbecueplaats, een picknickplaats en veel ligstoelen - allemaal aan het strand, met ononderbroken uitzicht op de oceaan en alles wat er gebeurt: dicht bij mensen aan de kust die zonnen op het strand, schildpadden dobberen in de branding, zwemmers en snorkelaars delen de ruimte. . . en verder uit peddelaars, surfers en kajakkers - en zelfs verder weg, havenboten heen en weer varen! Tijdens de wintermaanden, maken de bultruggen hun jaarlijkse bevallingsmigratie van de vriezende wateren van Alaska naar onze veilige en warme baai - bij Kealia zie je ze glijden en vinnen en blazen en het hele lichaam doorboren! Je gaat naar huis terug naar alle schoonheden van je plek (omdat de schoonheid van de natuur overal is) met een waardering voor hoe divers deze aarde is. Beach/ocean view was breathtaking and lifted our spirits. Rooms were clean, host was helpful, pool was clean and never crowded. However the parking garage below looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Beautiful view & beach-side location

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo in North Kihei. Beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets. Right on the water, so the sounds of crashing waves lulled me to sleep. Kitchen has all you need to cook daily dinners, plus beach chairs. Pool is great. The beach is mellow and great for kids. Half mile walk on the beach to a bakery, farmer's market/cafe, shave ice, and ABC store. Covered garage parking. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the view was wonderful. You could hear the waves from your bedroom. Nice quiet area, aside from the occasional rooster haha. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Condo

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach. Perfect location for watching sunset and central location for both sides of the island. Easy to drive to Hana, Haleakalā and Ka’anapali although you don’t need to leave Kihei to enjoy your stay. The condo has everything you would need from kitchen to beach supplies. Shower and bathroom could use some more cleaning/deep clean but other than that very clean and AC worked perfectly fine (from a previous review). Would stay here again! Kid friendly-ish not kid proofed or suitable for multiple kids (in my opinion) but it is doable just don’t expect it to be safe without constant, direct supervision.

Unbeatable View!

We had a lovely stay here. The condo was clean and looked just liked the pictures. Spectacular view from every room. Great quiet and accessible location. Sugar Beach is very little-kid friendly with gentle waves. Kitchen has many cooking utensils and nice eating space. Thank you for sharing the space, we would stay again!

DREAM VACATION IN MAUI

My stay at this apartment in Maui was truly a dream vacation. The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the apartment was a daily highlight. Waking up to the stunning sunrise colors over the ocean was equally beautiful. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and exceptionally well-equipped. The only minor hiccup was the occasional issue with the water supply, which came and went, causing temporary inconveniences. However, it was a minor blip in an otherwise perfect experience. Thank you for making our dream vacation a reality!

Beautiful view and perfect location

Absolutely love this condo. The ocean views were outstanding, I dare say the best of the 4 places we stayed in the Hawaiian island. A beautiful light breeze filled the rooms and were we very comfortable. Loved how quiet it was and we fell asleep every night listening to the ocean waves. The sunset view from the lanai were far the best sunsets we’ve ever seen. The only thing I would mark the condo do for was the shower which could use some cleaning attention. Other than that it was a perfect place to call home for a few days. The location was perfect to day trips. For the three tours that pick us up, we were the last ones picked and first ones dropped off due to our location. Everyone else was staying in Wailea. We liked that especially when on the RTH trip and the sunrise tour. We got a little extra sleep those mornings.

A beautiful beach location with an amazing view of the bay. Close to everything you need. Sherry was very helpful when I had questions. The condo came with beach chairs and boogie boards. I think there were some umbrellas tucked away under the main bed too but I didn't use them.

The condo was clean and well kept. However the A/C was insufficient as one bedroom had to be kept open to get any of the cool air as it had none of its own. The power went out for several hours the second day here and the elevator has been out since yesterday and this unit is on the top floor.

Incredible Views

This location & views cannot be beat!! We were scoping other condos during our visit, but there wasn’t a single other one we would have rather stayed at! Enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the lanai every morning as the sun rose until it warmed up the beach & pool area enough to go swimming. Loved being steps away from such a nice, quiet beach that hardly ever had more than a handful of people on it. So nice to be able to pop up to the condo to grab more sunscreen, snacks, or drinks. Definitely recommend staying here, we will be returning!! Thanks for helping make a great vacay!

Perfect location

On the north side of Kihei, was the perfect location for everything we did on the island. It’s right on beach - which was never busy- so it was perfect for a quick dip, evening stroll, or lounging and listening to the waves. Ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Although we were right on the beach, we didn’t get more than a slight breeze into the condo. Sometimes is was a bit warm, but overall didn’t mind. (There is an a/c unit but we chose not to use as we preferred the fresh ocean air!). One issue did come up: the clearance to the garage is only 6’ and our jeep was too tall to clear. We did not feel comfortable parking on road. We were able to work with Sherry and trade spots for something on the main floor.

Loved our time at this condo. Location was incredible, just steps from Sugar Beach. Condo was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to make great meals. Beach amenities in the condo and communal ones near the pool were super useful. Definitely looking forward to our next stay at this condo!

The location and the view were excellent. The place needs a little updating and some furnitures were too big for the common area and room, which makes the space feel cluttered. The shower door couldn’t close properly and kept swinging open. I had two little toddlers so it was hard to give them showers having the shower door swing open constantly. The AC in the master didn’t work and was blowing warm air. At night it was fine since we opened the windows and blew fans. However, during early afternoon, it got warm. Overall, the stay was good for the price and the view. The management was quick to respond. It was ocean front so quick acces to the beach.

We really enjoyed this property, it has a view that cannot be beaten, a nice lanai and it is well stocked with everything you need including beach towels and chairs. The location for us was great, you can’t be closer to the beach than this which was what we were looking for. You do need a car to go to shops and restaurants, there are few close by but not a lot. The A/C was not the best but it didn’t bother us as we opened all windows and enjoyed a very nice breeze and the sound of the ocean during our stay. But it gets hot and that could be a problem for some, it was not for us. The size of the property was fine for us (2 adults 1 teen) - it could be a bit crowed for 4 adults. We would recommend this property and if we come back to Maui, we would come back to this property for sure.

Amazing View and Location!

We loved this condo! Top floor with plenty of amenities. Central location made it easy to travel all over the island. And the sounds of the crashing waves is just wonderful. We will be staying here again! The only things missing is: A cooler Personal Beach Chairs( there are 2 community beach chairs) Cord for the reclining couch
