It has beautiful cathedral ceilings giving the condo a spacious feel. Marble flooring and a remodeled bathroom with granite counters and a walk in shower. The updated kitchen features a Mango Bar and modern amenities. Large bedroom with a Cal-King bed has a spacious walk in closet and vaulted ceilings.

The space:
This beautiful Kihei Bay Vista complex and condo is one of the most peaceful locations in Kihei.

Desirable for being away from traffic, but in convenient distance to a 5 mile stretch of White Sandy Beach. Kihei Bay Vista consist of only 60 units situated in 4 buildings and two floors to choose from. Less than a minute across from the complex is National Marine Sanctuary, Kalepolepo Park and Sugar Beach area.

The condo is fully equipped with fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, electronics, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, linens/towels, and everything you will need while on holiday.

Guests at this beach condo will appreciate convenient onsite amenities such as barbecue grills and a picnic area. The condo provides a read-to-use kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave, coffee maker, a 55” flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, high speed WiFi, washer/dryer and a sitting area.

Dine-in and save costs - the condo has seating for 4 at the lanai table, as well the mango wood bar by the Kitchen. The lanai is a wonderful place each morning to start the with a cup of rich Hawaiian Coffee and Breakfast. We love Lava Java coffee for beans or a great coffee drink. (The banana bread is amazing!)

You'll experience Maui's amazing sunsets or just relax and enjoy a beverage and book. BBQ grills are on site to cook some of Maui's Ono "delicious" selection of fish or meal of your choice.

Terrific sparkling pool area is fantastic for R&R and Family time. Soak up the sun from the lounge chairs or you may enjoy the shade under the large canopy area with table and chairs. The sensational hot tub is nice after a long adventurous day on Island. You may even meet a few new friends! This complex will become home away from home when in Maui!

Guest access:
Guests may access the condo, pool and spa and BBQ area. We have designated parking, but the rules are not enforced unless the space is marked for a permanent resident. We are permitted one car per visitor per unit, but there is street parking near the condo that is typically available.

Other things to note:
Excellent central location to Maui hot spots, airport and wonderful Kihei. Beach across the street.
