  • Aloha en welkom bij Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B4 in het zonnige Zuid-Maui! Condo B4 heeft een flatscreen-tv en een slaapbank in de woonkamer, gratis WiFi, moderne AC, inloopdouches in zowel de hoofd- als de bovenste badkamer.

    Kihei Sands Condominium ligt direct aan een van de beste stranden van Maui, Sugar Beach. Vanuit ons zwembad aan de oceaan en de barbecue patio kun je bijna het strand aanraken - schoon, zanderig, onbewoond en kilometers lang in beide richtingen uitrekken. Paren, gezinnen en groepen zullen het de perfecte plek vinden voor rust en ontspanning. Onze patio hier bij Kihei Sands is een van onze meest genoten voorzieningen. Geniet elke ochtend van verse koffie of kijk elke avond naar de geweldige zonsondergang terwijl je het diner grilt. Fantastische uitzichten vanaf onze patio zijn schildpadden, walvissen (wanneer in het seizoen) en last but not least onze spectaculaire Maui-zonsondergangen !!! Onze Patio is er voor iedereen om van te genieten, en het is een klein genoeg complex dat je andere gasten kunt leren kennen tijdens je verblijf, dat onze Ohana (Familie) Sfeer weergeeft.     Kihei Sands heeft dertien 2 slaapkamer / 2 badkamers condos gelegen op de tweede van slechts 2 niveaus en slechts 30 appartementen totaal in het hele complex. Onze prachtige 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers eenheden zijn opgewaardeerd en volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig hebt om zich meteen thuis te voelen. Omdat we accommodaties met één, twee en drie slaapkamers bieden, kiezen families, vrienden, huwelijksfeesten, honeymooners, reüniegroepen en senioren ervoor om samen te genieten van een verblijf bij Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums.

    Voor nabijgelegen eetgelegenheden en winkels vindt u naast de deur een kleine winkel en een geweldige broodjeszaak. Een markt voor verse groenten en fruit met producten van Maui, brood, kaas en salsa's ligt op vijf minuten lopen langs het strand, evenals een ABC-winkel en de beste Shave Ice op het eiland. Er zijn talloze eet- en winkelmogelijkheden binnen een paar kilometer van Kihei Sands. Onze centrale locatie maakt het gemakkelijk om toegang te krijgen tot alles wat Maui te bieden heeft.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The location was perfect. It was very clean and well updated. We enjoyed the super close beach access and there was awesome snorkeling right from the beach.

Beautiful space!

What a great place to call home for a few days. The beach access is amazing and we loved all the toys/chairs/boogie boards the property has to borrow. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 4.

Good clean space with great view

This was a nice place. The check in prpcess was easy and the patio on the back of the property was nice. Having beach chairs was very helpful. The disappointing part was the listing said washer dryer but it is coin laundry and not in the unit.

Fun family vacation

This is the third time we have stayed at Kihei Sands. We love the location and convenience to the beach. We like to eat most of our meals in and the kitchen had what we needed. We also made use of the beach chairs provided.

30th anniversary family trip

The property was very nice. Quality of the accommodations were exceptional. Quiet area. Other families staying were respectful and friendly. Property is right in the ocean. Other areas of Maui were easy to access. Parking was convenient and always had open spaces. Free morning coffee on the patio was great.

Perfect Getaway Location in Kihei, Maui

Perfect location on Sugar Beach with beach and pool right at your doorstep. Beach is sandy and perfect for kids. Great patio location with community vibe - we used the grill and plenty of boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas available for use during our stay. Gorgeous sunsets and very friendly staff. Unit was clean and plenty of towels and linens provided. Comfy beds. We'll be back!

Great stay

We had a great stay at Kihei Sands. Location was perfect. Nice and quiet complex steps from the beach. Our unit had beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Kitchen was very well stocked. We originally had booked for 6 adults, but one couple backed out. It would have been pretty tight with 6, but was perfect for 4. Complex is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, close to the beach, great amenities

This condo rental was great and I'd stay here again. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed (and more) for our short 2-night stay. It's a short walk to the pool area and the beach, and is within walking distance to a small plaza with an ABC store, farmers market, bakery, and shave ice. We didn't have any issues with the neighbors and although the parking lot is small, the Uber/taxi drivers we used managed just fine.

We stayed with our three kids, and we all agreed it was a great place. I loved that the beach was literally just steps away from the lanai. While we were there new barbecues were installed, and they are super nice.

There was a feeling of staying at a private beach, the complex was just the right size, quiet and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to walk to the best shaved ice (Ululani), bakery (Sugar Beach Bake Shop) and farmers market. What a great experience for our young granddaughter who loved the waves.
