Ocean front uitzicht neemt u mee over de Stille Oceaan en kunt u de West Maui Mountains en het eiland Lanai te zien. Deze derde verdieping 1 slaapkamer, 1 bad-eenheid is voorzien van nieuwe tegelvloeren in de hal, keuken en badkamer. Nieuwe tegelvloeren zijn overal in de flat geïnstalleerd. De keuken is onlangs gerenoveerd met prachtige Cherry Wood kasten, granieten werkbladen, nieuwe apparaten, en een stijlvolle op maat gemaakte back-splash. De keuken opent naar de woonkamer en eetkamer en biedt een grote woonkamer om te genieten tijdens het ontspannen in en kijken naar de grote flatscreen-tv. Dit toestel beschikt over gratis draadloos internet en gratis bellen naar U. S. en Canada. Wonderful stay in South Kihei

Location, location, location! It was so nice to have such great access to beautiful Keawakapu Beach right next door as well as shops, restaurants and several other great beaches within walking distance. The unit itself was clean, quiet and well stocked with a lovely lanai. The lawn, pool and BBQ facilities were accessible and not crowded. We wpild definately stay here again!

Wonderful condo in a great location

Loved Kihei Surfside. Our unit and the property in general were great. The location can't be beat if you like being in the ocean. Unit had a comfortable bed, a nice living and dining area, and a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor patio was where we spent most of our time in the unit. Great ocean view and big enough to use for dining. The unit had some games and equipment and the property managers also supplied beach chairs. Employees were all nice and friendly. This unit was right by the elevator which made it great for bringing stuff up and down. I didn't notice extra noise because of this location. From the property, you can walk south to a beach that is over a mile long. Just to the north is the boat ramp that many companies use for trips or on the water. You do need to drive to most restaurants. Great vacation stay. Can't think of any negatives and would stay again.

Wonderful location, walking distance to pristine beaches. Unit itself could stand some updating and glass cleaning on the lanai but overall would stay again for the location.

Beautiful Maui

The condo was great. The pictures of the place were exactly as we found. Very much impressed and the view was spectacular. Our first time staying on this side of the island, and we were not disappointed. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Quick trip

We needed an easy place to stay while attending to my sick mother. This property is lovely with a huge area for kids to play (we did not need). A beautiful view of the ocean, and we could hear the waves. We did not get to the pool , so can’t comment on that. It was perfect for our needs.

Great location but noisy

Second time staying here but this time closer to the pool. Overall the complex and this condo are great. We stayed starting Jan 1 and there were many families with small children. Because the condo is fairly close to the pool, it was pretty noisy throughout the day. A few days later most of the families left and it was much more peaceful. If you like to sleep in, be aware that the roosters and mynah birds start up about 6 am and they are LOUD. We enjoyed getting up early so didn't mind. There is no AC so the windows will likely be open. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of beach toys, although this area could use some upgrades.

It was advertised as pool repair we don’t really care to swim in the pool so no big deal but it was more like heavy construction with excavators tractors cement trucks etc. loud noise 7:30 in the morning not enjoyable at all we were totally missed lead on this

Perfect stay

Clean and nice sized for a single person or a couple. Everything you needed with a great view overlooking the pool, a HUGE lawn, and the water where whales were jumping non-stop.

Not a family resort

There are two owners who are angry and don’t like children or rental families. They approach the children directly and it happened to multiple families during our stay when no one was doing anything wrong. They are aggressive and rude and the experience was terrible. We also got our rental moved by the property company and it resulted in us having to pack and move during the stay with no compensation for the inconvenience. The location is beautiful and other families in the building were friendly as were the staff in the office.

Pleasant stay but hard to see

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. The management was quick to send blankets and fix the noise from the refrigerator however I was extremely disappointed that the windows were very dirty. This is a oceanfront view condo and you couldn’t see out the windows. I asked twice to have the windows cleaned but no results. I understand that it had been raining a lot recently but that is no excuse for an oceanfront view because that is the main reason for choosing an oceanfront condo...to see and enjoy the view! Otherwise the unit was clean and pleasant.

We enjoyed the view and location of this unit and overall enjoyed our time in Kehei.

The unit needs some TLC. The matress was uncomfortable and the curtains in the bedroom needed cleaning. In the kitchen, a dirty dish had been left in the cupboard and fridge had an inoperable ice maker, but no ice cube trays were provided. The glass on the lanai needed cleaning. The Kehei Surfside is well located in Kehei with the huge lawn area and pool on one side and Keawakapu Beach on the other.

Great view, great beaches. No air conditioning. No breeze. Rude management team

The oceanfront view and beaches are spectacular. The grounds are well maintained. Now I am not one to complain but the condo does not have air conditioning. I overlooked that when booking. I have stayed in different hotels in Maui that are ocean front and we normally leave the balcony doors open and the ocean breeze is suffice and I also run cold, however that was not the case here. We slept on the living room floor (which is open to balcony) because the bedroom was so hot.We figured it was because the condo had been closed. There was no relief because there was no breeze whatsoever. The bedroom is enclosed so it was exceptionally hot in there. The fan only had one speed which was low and it did nothing. We were pretty miserable and decided to give it another day to let the condo cool down.Although it did cool down a bit, it was still so warm in there that we decided sleeping on the floor a third night was not a vacation we planned for.I ended up emailing the management company and letting them know that the fans only ran on low. The balcony door was off its hinge so we didn’t even try and touch it in case it was broken, the shower mat/rug had an actual foot print (not shoe, a foot), a dirty towel had been left at the front door and never picked up, and I also let them know we would be leaving because we were just miserable. The day we were leaving, we were in the process of cleaning and sweeping (we are clean freaks) and there was a knock at the door. I opened it and it was what I assume two women from Management ( they did not introduce themselves) The first words out of their mouth was, “oh you’re still here?” In my mind I’m thinking, “ Well good afternoon to you too”. But I simply told them we were just cleaning before we left and asked them if they wanted to come in. I’m assuming they wanted to see some of the items I emailed them about but no, their response was, “no we’ll come back when you’re gone since you emailed us about your complaints”. They were so rude, I couldn’t believe it. I honestly didn’t expect a refund but some manners and understanding would have been nice. At least take a moment to acknowledge what I emailed you about for improvement purposes. The other staff there were all friendly and helpful. So in conclusion: great beaches, great view, good condo. No air conditioning, no breeze (the 2 1/2 days we were there) and the two management ladies can definitely take a course in hospitality and manners

Lovely stay in Maui!

The view was extraordinary and the grass out front was lovely to walk in. The 1 bedroom unit was pretty small but overall pleasant and enjoyable. The bed could use a new mattress and some of the appliances are looking a little worn. Overall, I loved the location and the maui condo and home vacations management was pleasant and easy to deal with. I would come back again.
