Welcome to your beautiful island getaway at the luxurious Grand Champions Unit #5. This spacious condo has an open great room style floor plan in the living and dining areas and features 2 master king suits! This unit has been fully upgraded and recently refreshed, including gorgeous granite kitchen countertops, cherry wood cabinets, and large private bathrooms with beautiful tile work, new linens and art work. The kitchen comes fully stocked awaiting your culinary expertise. Full-sized washer and dryer located on the oversized back lanai. The ambiance created in this lovely condo is welcoming, relaxing, clean, and spacious.

This two bedroom, two bath condo has air conditioning units in each room for your comfort. The vaulted ceilings give an added sense of space and luxury. Each room has a flat screen TV, and we offer Free Wi-fi. The dual master bedrooms are located on either side of the unit and provide privacy and nice separation of space. We also provide amenities for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and more...
Grand Champions complex is adjacent to tennis courts and near world class golf courses. The condo is also a short walk to two well respected shopping malls: The Shops of Wailea and The Wailea Village. These malls include shops ranging from convenience stores to high end boutiques and designer retail. The shops also offer locally owned stores and products, and a wide array of restaurants that appeal to all palates.

Wailea holds some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, as well as a wide variety of nearby activities. Whether it's sun-bathing, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, scuba-diving, surfing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, beach-walking, hiking, luaus, golfing, tennis, shopping, dining, boating, or whale watching (when in season), there is something for everyone in a nearby location. Prepare to be awestruck by the spectacular beauty of our Maui sunsets. Wailea Grand Champions Condo was perfect location to stay near family gatherings and events while in Maui for Mom’s ashes to sea ceremony. Great Location, Quiet and relaxing!

This property was clean and quiet in a beautiful convenient location. Rental had ample beach gear, was close to great beaches for snorkeling. Management was very responsive in helping we retrieve a package from amazon. The A/C units all worked great and kept us comfortable. We were within walking distance to very nice shops and grocery. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot, washer/dryer, wifi worked great and beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

Our overall stay was amazing. It was perfect for my daughter and I. The place overall was clean and orderly. 2nd room, close to the patio: Sink faucet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Water pressure was weak. The tub faucet didn't work properly and the drain needs to be fixed, I was standing in 3 inches of dirty water. Laundry Room: Washing machine had black mold and it smells terrible. We didn't end up using it at all. These are minor adjustments, overall we were very happy with our experience. Thanks!

Needs a little updating

We loved the location and amenities. Towels need to be replaced. Some are stained and the majority of them have an odor. Needs painting and some updating. The furniture is outdated and worn. The AC in one of the bedrooms went out and they responded very quickly and replaced the unit. Would we stay here again, yes if it was updated.

Grand Champion Villa, June 2023 visit

The villa location is ideal for a visit in Kihei, on the south west side of Maui, and there are many beaches and shops, within a 10 minute walk. The Grand Champion complex is a little dated, but grounds are well maintained. During my stay one of the two pools was closed. This was disappointing as the one working pool was overcrowded. The unit we stayed in #5 was located on the third floor. Which made is difficult to move bags and luggage in and out of the unit.

We had a very nice stay at the Grand Champions in Wailea. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beaches. The Island Gourmet Market was an added location bonus - especially when we were heading to the beach for the day!

Group Stay

Stayed with a group of 6, no problems or confusion during the whole trip. The neighborhood was friendly with security checking around to see if everyone was following the policies. Great stay and will come back in the future if it’s an option.
