Welkom in ons Paradise Home!
Ons unieke tropische huis op de 4e verdieping is het GROOTSTE appartement met 2 slaapkamers / 2 complete badkamers beschikbaar in het Maui Vista Resort. De tweede verdieping is vergroot en gedeeltelijk omsloten. Gelegen in gebouw 3- weg van het lawaai van So. Kihei Rd.
Ons appartement kijkt niet direct uit op de HETE tropische middagzon, waardoor ons appartement koeler blijft dan de meeste volledige Oceanview-appartementen! Vanuit onze woonkamer Lanai hebben we een "Peak-a-boo" horizon uitzicht op de oceaan ~ spectaculaire zonsondergangen ~ de West Maui Mountains, met het eiland Lanai en Ma’alea Bay in de verte. De prachtige tropische tuinen en bomen staan recht onder ons. De twee Maui vulkanen zijn ook te zien vanuit ons flatgebouw !. Laat je vermaken door de tropische vogels terwijl ze zingen en vliegen tussen de boomtoppen.
Onze Maui Vista condo is omgeven door de bloeiende plumeria-bomen, fluisterende palmbladeren (direct buiten ons Lanai-venster) en de bloeiende groene tuinen en gazons van het Maui Vista Resort, terwijl ze uitzonderlijke privacy bieden.

Ons ruime appartement is het ALLEEN Maui Vista appartement met 2 slaapkamers dat een unieke en UITGEBREIDE EN GESLOTEN 'PRIVÉ' 2e SLAAPKAMERLOFT en een UITGEBREIDE BADKAMER heeft.
Het volledig gerenoveerde appartement is professioneel ingericht in 'Tropical Island' decor (regelmatig bijgewerkt en gedraaid). We bieden alle voorzieningen en comfort van thuis, een verscheidenheid aan slaapplaatsen en veel plaats om je reisbenodigdheden op te bergen,

In tegenstelling tot veel andere huurwoningen, wonen we elk jaar voor langere tijd in ons appartement met onze familie, wat resulteert in persoonlijke accenten, regelmatig onderhoud en doordachte upgrades waardoor je je een gast van het huis zult voelen. We onderhouden ons appartement in de best mogelijke staat, inclusief regelmatige stomerij van stoffering, dekbedden, kussens en gordijnen, evenals regelmatig stoomreinigen van de tapijten! We hebben verschillende designer dekbedden die we regelmatig veranderen.

Maui Vista Resort is een populair tropisch resort van 10 hectare groot, centraal gelegen op loopafstand van de beste stranden van Maui. Gelegen aan de overkant van Charley Young Beach, verkozen tot een van de top 10 stranden in de VS. Geniet van zwemmen, zonnebaden, snorkelen en surfen. Minuten van golf, restaurants, supermarkten, surf- en SUP-lessen en winkelen in Kihei Town. Verlaat de auto en wandel naar deze populaire bestemmingen. winkels, restaurants, boodschappen, Oceanfront Yoga lessen, openbaar vervoer en meer. U kunt ervoor kiezen om GOLF te spelen op tal van lokale golfbanen van het kampioenschap. Kihei ligt op enkele minuten van Wailea (winkels en resorts).

Maui Vista Resort voorzieningen omvatten 3 gated-ZWEMBADEN, 6 privé KAMPIOENSCHAP TENNIS COURTS (sleutels verkrijgbaar bij de receptie), 3 BBQ- en picknickplaatsen, verharde wandelpaden door tropische tuinen.

Maui Vista Resort is NIET-ROKERS. ALLE condos en lanais zijn rookvrij. Er zijn speciale 'alleen roken'-gebieden in het hele resort.

Everything as promised

We had a wonderful time! The condo was cute, very well organized, and exactly what we were looking for! We are a family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the upstairs and were comfortable with the beds. We were able to use the beach chairs provided which came in handy. Laurie, the owner communicated with us many times and was extremely attentive. To make it easier for us, we only used the upstairs shower which was very roomy and had good water pressure. I feel like this condo is in a great central location. We explored majority of the island and visited multiple beaches. Laurie had given us some recommendations for beaches, restaurants, etc and we’re were happy with all of them. My only minor complaint is that the downstairs bedroom has an air conditioner which is attached to a timer of 2-3 hours. We only used the air at night and it was frustrating to wake up hot because it had turned off. The air in the living room and upstairs worked until you turned them off. I also didn’t find the downstairs bed very comfortable (I have a bad back and am picky for that reason) Overall, we all had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave!!

Fantastic space for enjoying Maui

My reason for coming to the islands was a little bittersweet... My Mom died during COVID and this was the first opportunity to come to Hawaii where she was raised and distribute her ashes off of Waikiki. Maui was the second part of the trip and my husband and two of our best friends wanted a space to start the healing process. This place was perfect. It allowed us to have meals while looking at beautiful sunsets. We loved how close it was to shopping, restaurants, and most of all the beaches. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great Family Vacation Location

We spent 9 nights in this condo the end of March. Everything was as described and it worked very well for our group of 6....grandparents, parents, and 19 month old. The condo was well equipped and had all that we needed, including a port-a-crib and high chair to attach to a dining chair. We also appreciated having beach equipment...4 chairs, an umbrella, and towels. The location was great and was easy walking distance to Charley Young Beach. Laurie was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with! We appreciated her prompt replies to all of our questions.

Maui family vacation for family of 6

Kihei is an excellent location for exploring Maui. We found that we spent much less time driving than our last time on Maui when we stayed at Kapalua Bay. We appreciated short walks to 4 excellent local beaches, on site tennis courts and nearby food truck courts. More excellent beaches are also within 30” drive. This is a good location for snorkelers, tennis enthusiasts, golfers, runners and swimmers. I worked with the owner for late checkout but was not able to get the code to work for the extra day. This was not a major problem. We also ate the majority of our meals at this condo.

Overall it was fine. A few problems with cleanliness - pillows need replacing (and pillow protectors) as they are marked for replacing but they are still being used. Upstairs king bed needs a memory foam or something as it’s very springy (probably fine for children). On removing the pillows from the upstairs pillows they were marked “for pillow shams only not for sleeping on” - they found this after sleeping on them for two weeks. The downstairs shower had mold all over the shower liner, the rubber bath mat and the plug. I bought another liner then found one under the sink later. Cleaners should have seen this. Otherwise it is a very nice property.

Excellent property!

Great location! We have stayed at Maui Vista for over 20 years and this is the first 2 bedroom unit. Everything was perfect, from comfy Lanai furniture to King Size beds. All appliances are very modern (not always the case in units constructed in the 80s). The extra large (expanded) Upper bedroom makes a huge difference. We had 4 adults with all the luggage necessary for golf equipment so there was lots of room to store (this is rare!). As always, Maui Vista is so perfectly located and well kept up as to be one of the best values in Kihei.

Lovely condo, great location

Everything went smoothly with our rental experience. We were a group of 4 adults and two children. Used tennis courts and pools. Condo is centrally located in Kihei so access to water activities, beach, bike rentals, tours was perfect. Received condo in excellent condition. Would rent this property again!

Comfortable Place, Well Supplied

Two 70 yr old couples stayed here. The kitchen is well supplied and the beds are comfortable. It is a longer walk to the beach than I expected, on a slope. But the closest beach is very nice.

The location was great for east beach visits. Close to restaurants/shops. Parking at location was easy. Checkout was a breeze. Since we had an early morning flight we didn’t have to stress about washing anything which made the entire stay even better

O'Rourke Ohana Vacation 2022 - kids first time to Maui

We had a 10 out to 10 experience from ease of booking, communication from the owner, the property and unit has all the amenities you need for a great Maui vacation! This is our first trip back to Maui in 12 years and my kids first time. They are 7 years old and 5 years old. Working directly with the owner was great and thorough instructions. I loved that we had email communication and text message follow up. We texted the owner about pool key and the iron. There were immediate messages from them. The location of Maui Vista is fantastic ease to get to downtown Kihei, Wailea, and back on highway to get to other parts of the island. We walked and drove our car. The pool was great It is small but was perfect. We only saw two other families and did not feel cramped. We did not play tennis or use the BBQ...not this trip but will next time! The unit itself is great! Every thing you possible would need to have a great vacation. We took advantage beach toys and chairs. I appreciated having all the instructional manuals in case we needed them. All appliances have instructions like the washer and dryer which we did use. I appreciated that in the cabinets everything was labeled and with the exact # of each dish, cup, etc. I really appreciated have a Brita for filter water and a very good ice machine for our water bottles. We are a family of four with elementary school aged kids. This unit was the perfect size for us. We look forward to our next visit!
