Luister naar de vogels fluiten!

Deze verbouwing werd voltooid in november 2013.

Deze ruime, rustige, lichte vernieuwde studio op de tweede verdieping, 1 complete badkamer appartement bestaat uit nieuwe badkamermeubels en toonbanken, nieuw tapijt, nieuwe verf, nieuw meubilair, een nieuwe badkuip en badkuiptegel, nieuwe airconditioner en nog veel meer! Dit tweede verhaal hoek / einde unit appartement heeft hoge gewelfde plafonds en veel licht dat een groot, helder en luchtig gevoel creëert.

Geniet van je ochtendkoffie op de prachtige Lanai met uitzicht op de tropische kloof bestaande uit palmbomen (een van die mijn schoonvader heeft geplant!) en bloemen; allemaal tijdens het luisteren naar het lied vogels.

De bekroonde Grand Champions heeft 2 zwembaden, barbecues aan het zwembad, jacuzzi's, evenals tennis en golf naast het complex. Binnen 10 minuten lopen of 2 minuten rijden kunt u 3 1/2 mijl van de stranden wandelen, zwemmen, snorkelen of winkels bezoeken en dineren in goede restaurants. Nabijgelegen vier- en vijfsterrenhotels bieden ook bootverhuur en andere services.

We hopen dat je zult komen genieten van de rust van zowel Wailea als de Grand Champions.

Expensive for a dated place

The room was just ok, but dated. There were stains on the carpet, rust on the fan. A drawer of the chest was loose. Some kitchen ustencils were dirty or broken. In the bathroom, the bathtub was rusted at the bottom with additional rust on the curtain rod. Some towels had stains. The sink was cracked. Also, the outside lamp was not functionning.

Great Wailea location

The location of this place was perfect for a light stroll to the beach, restaurants and shops in Wailea. The place had a very comfortable king size bed. Because it was on the second floor, we were able to leave the deck door open at night for a restful sleep. The shared patio wasn’t as private due to the dead plants in the patio divider. We would definitely consider coming to this place on our next trip to Maui.

it is a gorgeous little apartment in a chic condo park in upscale Wailea, the view from the balcony goes right into the jungle, the public swimming pools and hot tubs are amazing, to the beaches is about 5min drive and supermarkets 10-15min, we enjoyed ourselves very much hopefully coming back one day, thank you for providing such a opportunity

Everything was amazing! Rachel was amazing and very responsive. I had just gotten in from a 10 hour flight and asked her if the place was ready and if I could check in early (about 1230 HST). She got back to me quickly and said everything was ready! The lanai was great and had a feeling of seclusion. Beautiful sounds of the birds!

Amazing!

It was such a pleasant experience, clean property, adequate amenities for our needs. We loved going out onto the porch and enjoying the sights and sounds. We couldn't see a long distance, but that was fine because it was very pretty flowers and trees, and the sounds of birds made it a very enjoyable experience! I would go out on the porch often when we were on the property. One minor item that isn't the host's fault at all - don't just rely on Google Maps when finding the location, and make sure to follow the host's instructions to get to the proper location! This was not a major issue, just wanted to give that caution to future guests to make the experience even better. We would absolutely go back to this location again!

Perfect location

This place was exactly what we were looking for! The location was perfect, quite and safe area. The walls were thin, but the neighbors were quite. Had everything we needed for the beach. Very clean studio apartment for the two of us. Also the balcony was lovely and mostly private to drink coffee and listen to the birds. Owner was also quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!
