Kamaole Beach Park III ligt aan de overkant van de straat van de upscale Maui Kamaole. Deze accommodatie beschikt over een weelderige tropische landscaping, twee prachtige zwembad met bubbelbaden en waterpartijen. Er zijn gas grills doorspekt het hele pand en tennisbanen beschikbaar voor uw gebruik. De Kamaole Stranden zijn wereldberoemd om hun ongerepte water, lange zandstrand, geweldig snorkelen en boogie boarding. Bovendien tijdens de winter, de bultruggen zijn net buiten de kust en op een geweldige show. U zult ook genieten van de mooiste zonsondergangen denkbaar. U bent ook op loopafstand van activiteiten, winkels en restaurants en een korte rit naar het kampioenschap golfbanen van Wailea en Makena.
Voor reserveringen op dezelfde dag (wat betekent aankomst binnen 24 uur na het maken van de reservering) is een oproep naar Rentals Maui vereist ter bevestiging.
Unit H-111 is een begane grond, 1B / 2B, gedeeltelijk uitzicht op zee gelegen aan de voorzijde van het complex aan de overkant van de straat van Kamaole Beach # 3. Het heeft een goed gevulde keuken met granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten, waaronder een superstille vaatwasser en een franse deurkoelkast met waterdispenser en ijsblokjesmachine. Er is een stapelbare wasmachine en droger, raamairco's in zowel de woonkamer als de slaapkamer, en onze unit kan 4 personen slapen. Er zijn twee zeer grote volledig gemeubileerde veranda, een met uitzicht op de oceaan, op slechts een steenworp afstand. De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed van Californië en een tv en een dvd-speler. De woonkamer heeft een zeer comfortabele slaapbank met een pillow-top matras van 8 cm. Voor uw plezier bieden we een gratis kabel, een dvd-speler, een 46-inch Smart HD flatscreen-tv waarmee u Netflix kunt gebruiken en gratis bellen naar de VS en Canada. Strandstoelen, handdoeken, boogieboards, koelers, parasols en zandspeelgoed zijn aanwezig tijdens uw verblijf. Alle comfort van thuis op een van de beste stranden van Maui. 4 slaapplaatsen.
** Belangrijke informatie: Paradise Ridge Estates is een kleine ontwikkeling ten noorden van en grenst aan Maui Kamaole. De bouw is hervat op 1 april 2019 - verwacht op 14 april 2020, updates die nog moeten worden uitgevoerd. Gebaseerd op de locatie van dit apparaat, verwachten we geen significante effecten. **

Great modern amenities and updated appliances. Bathrooms are amazing as well as the kitchen and AC units. Location is great for Maui and close to shops, stores and beaches and parks. This unit is perfect for family of 4 or a couple. Parking is easy to find next to this unit. The only downside is that the nicer pool is high up in the property so you will need to drive to it instead of walking but thats only because there are many units in this complex.

A truly wonderful condo and location!

This is our 2nd stay at Maui Kamaole condos, and again,our stay was superb. The location is excellent: close enough to shops and rstaurants but far away emough to enjoy the tranquil setting. Great views, wonderful pool, and a very well stocked condo made for a perfect vacation. Everything gets a triple A rating in our book, but in particular the furnishings of the condo (furniture, dishware, pots and pans, beach chairs, and on and on) provided for a relaxing and wonderful stay. We'll be back!

View is amazing, condo has everything we could imagine for our comfort, lots of beach stuff, only one thing I was missing was garlic press. And ocean view and sunsets are amazing from lanai. Maybe property management could keep hot tubs slightly colder, 104F is too hot in Hawaii.

Well equipped and perfect location

We spent 10 nights at this place and found everything we needed: Kitchen is well supplied, powerful fridge and freezer, everything needed for the beach (chairs, body-boards, cooling box, ...), 2 bathrooms, wifi, parking in front of the building. Beach is basically across the road, great for snorkeling (morning) or playing with the waves (afternoon).

Kamaole Maui

The property was spotless and well equipped, kitchen had everything we needed and having a in-condo laundry already set up with detergent was great. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning and enjoyed the birdsong. The beach is a short walk downhill and while the condo was equipped with beach toys we were happy just to get in for a swim every day. Check in was easy via the provided instructions, and wifi was easy to access as well.

A week's stay

My husband and I stayed for a week and had a really nice stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. It was really nice having AC units and 2 bathrooms although we couldn't use both showers at the same time or we would lose hot water. There is a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even some masks which came in handy to stick our faces in the ocean to see all the sea turtles at the beach. The beach was about a 5 minute hilly walk out of the development, probably easier to drive if you have a lot of stuff, looked like there was always parking by the grassy area. The closest pool/hot tub area wasn't the nicest, the one further into the development was way nicer. Our main complaint about the apartment was that were little ants on all the counters and on the ground on the lanai. The washing machine didn't work very well either. We were only provided 2 beach towels for the week and emailed to request more and were provided 2 more by housekeeping very quickly, communication was great. There are definitely a decent amount of rules to follow and codes to remember but overall, we would recommend staying here!

Our family enjoy everything about this condo. Love the cleanliness, specially new kitchen and carpet was nice! Condo closed to Kamaole beaches . Lots of restaurants and stores on the main road . We definitely come back again!

Beautiful kitchen and great location

Great location right across from the beach which is a 5-10 min walk. The property had 2 pools which were nice. Beautiful remodeled kitchen and nice new carpet. Plenty of beach equipment in the unit to use and towels. Nice partial ocean view from patio as well. We did have to reach out to the property management for an issue that got quickly resolved that same day which was awesome! The pullout couch has a section with the metal sticking up which can be uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall great place

Amazing stay in Kihei!

My family stayed here for a week in early May and we loved every minute of our stay! (We already want to go back and would love to stay here again). The unit is even better than the pictures - it was super spacious for our group of 4, sparkling clean, and had so many great amenities - the kitchen had everything you need (including tupperware, which was a gamechanger for our day trips up north and to Hana), the beach stuff was convenient (though some of the gear was unfortunately broken), and the lanai was so peaceful for relaxing in the mornings. We loved the location - we walked down to Kam III every day for the sunset, and it was a quick drive to some of our favorite snorkeling spots in Wailea. The only improvement I would make is maybe a comfier sofa bed - it was stiff in some places and a bit sunken in others, but overall it wasn't too bad and we still had restful nights after exploring the island all day. Thank you again for a great stay!
