  • Onze Ocean view condo is ruim met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en luchtige woonkamer. De glazen schuifdeuren schuiven de Lanai in en creëren een naadloze overgang tussen binnen- en buitenleven met uitzicht op de oceaan en het spectaculaire uitzicht op de zonsondergang. Slechts een steenworp afstand van het rustige Sugar Beach, waardoor u het gevoel heeft uw eigen privéstrand te hebben. De nieuw opgewaardeerde meubels, volledig geladen keuken, grote flatscreen-tv, dvd en nog veel meer voorzieningen zorgen voor een ongeëvenaarde levensstijl en vakantie.

    Ahhh de magie van Maui ... Maui is de tweede grootste van de Hawaiiaanse eilanden en zijn magie brengt mensen jaar na jaar terug.

    Stel je voor dat je in een tropisch paradijs bent waar niets anders te doen is dan genieten van het prachtige eiland Maui. De Aloha-geest vervangt de drukte van uw drukke leven. Wailana Kai ligt op een steenworp afstand van het wereldberoemde witte zand Sugar Beach van Maui. Sugar Beach is 8 km lang en is het langste strand van Hawaii State en is ideaal voor lange wandelingen, zonnen, zwemmen, snorkelen, windsurfen, kanoën en ontspannen.

    De baai herbergt de bultruggen van december tot mei wanneer ze binnenkomen om te kalven. Je kunt de walvissen zien terwijl ze breken.

    Wailana Kai heeft slechts tien eenheden, dus het complex is intiem, ontspannend en vriendelijk. Dit bovengedeelte hoekunit heeft ramen aan 3 zijden, die zorgt voor geweldige ventilatie en kruiswind dat het appartement natuurlijk koel houdt. En er zijn ook airconditioners!

    Er is nooit een menigte rond het zwembad of een rij voor de barbecues.

    Op korte afstand ligt het centrum van Kihei, compleet met winkels, cadeauwinkels, kleding en supermarkten. U vindt luxe en informele restaurants die bij elke smaak passen. Er zijn ook ambachtelijke beurzen in de open lucht voor die souvenirs en de markten van Famer, zodat u dagelijks verse lokale producten kunt krijgen als u dat wilt. Je vindt alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je vakantie net op de weg.

    Dit appartement is perfect gelegen om u in elke richting te lanceren voor uw Maui-avontuur.
    Zonsopgang of zonsondergang in Haleakala Crater, zie de Banyan-boom in Lahaina of neem de beroemde Road to Hana-rit of leg je voeten omhoog en ontspan precies waar je bent!

    Voor de golfliefhebbers biedt Maui vele mooie en uitdagende banen.

Comfortable and close to the beach

Everything was great. Not fancy, but comfortable. We stayed three weeks. Enjoyed the fact that the AC worked well in the evenings and the upstairs apartment was cool and pleasant. Would have been nice to have a smart TV to be able to get more than just local channels.

Perfect location

The condo was perfectly located, directly across from the beach and a short block from an area frequented by sea turtles. Short drive to most activities. The owner responded promptly to questions and was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for food and activities. Would definitely stay here on future trips to the island.

Cleaning crew is not doing their job. Condo was very dirty upon our arrival..

We have been coming to Maui for years and always stay in North Kihei. Would possibly stay here again if unit was cleaned, or don't charge me a cleaning fee and I will clean it myself. I will start my review with the positive things about the unit.... First off, Samantha, the property manager was great. She was very responsive when I called or texted her. Upon our arrival, we had an issue with the electronic door lock. It didn't work, but we were able to get in using the key from the lock box on the door once we got the code from Samantha. She came over to the unit and changed the batteries in the electronic door lock and it did work for about a day, then quit working again. We gave up trying to get it to work and just used the key. No big deal, so don't rely on the electronic door lock, just use the key and it you'll be fine. *The unit is in a nice location, at least we think so anyway. We love Sugar beach access right across the street and that area is centrally located to the highway to go any direction you wanna go for sight seeing spots. Also, it's more quiet on that end of Kihei. *We thought the beds were comfortable. *It was nice to have a partial ocean view from the lanai. *Great breeze through the unit with the windows open. *Lots of spices left from other guests and also sun screen and other things like bug spray, peroxide, after sun lotion and even nail polish remover. *The showers had dispensers that supplied soap, shampoo & conditioner, and that was nice. *There were 3 beach chairs, 2 beach tote bags,, 1 small soft fabric-type cooler, beach toys and an umbrella to use. *They supplied a brita pitcher and filter so that was nice, even though we always bring our own. I was surprised to see they supplied one. Sure beats buying bottles of water. We don't do that, we try to leave a lesser footprint on the island and filter our water. *Air conditioning in the bedrooms & living room was nice, in addition to ceiling fans. *Kitchen was fairly well equipped. The negative.... The unit was really dirty upon our arrival. I spent 2 hours just surface cleaning the place. I think the only thing the cleaning crew did before we arrived was wipe the counters & sinks, changed the sheets on the beds (though not on the hideabed), and a poor sweep job. The cleaning in the unit has not been kept up, not deep cleaning or even just good surface cleaning. Tubs and toilets were dirty. Oven was filthy. Moldy shower curtain liners. Too much to list-out of room

The condo was in a wonderful Cul-de-sac, not far off the main road. It was quiet and peaceful. The ocean is literally at the front of our street and the beach there is sandy. The condo was smaller than I thought it was in pictures, it is on the second floor so hard for my mom and husband to go up and down. Pictures/info show TV’s in both bedrooms and there are not. They had plenty of everything else! Toys, beach toys, portable crib, beach chairs. Great for younger couples.

Apartment mit gutem Pres-Leistungs-Verhälnis

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse (Sackgasse) mit Meeresblick und ca. 2 km vom Zenrtum Kiheis entfernt. Es hat zwei getrennte Bäder und Schlafzimmer aber es für mehr als 4 Personen nicht geeignet ist. Es ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet (man hält sich da ja sowieso nur zum schlafen auf). Zum Strand sind es ca. 100 m wo man mal schnell eine Abkühlung geniessen darf. Es gibt aber noch viele schöne Strände auf Hawaii. Die Kommunikation mit Samantha verlief ohne Probleme und Sie antwortete schnell auf alle Anfragen. Fazit : bei einem nächsten Besuch auf Maui würden wir es wieder buchen

I love the quiet beaches in north Kihei. The location was great and the property manager was super nice and fast to return contacts. The only down side was the lack of laundry facilities in the unit. Had to go outside t the end of the building. The pool is very small and only had 4 chaises loungers . Overall it was fine

Great place to stay on the sunny side of the island. Awesome sunsets on the beach just minutes by foot away . We enjoyed this condo as a perfect place to start our tours. It‘s very quite, well equipped just the beds are a little too soft for our liking. Friendly contact and no further issues as all. Mahalo nui loa for a nice stay.

Quiet condo across street from ocean

This condo is fantastic, quiet ( we heard zero noise from neighbors), clean, centrally located so you can enjoy north beaches, wailea beaches, and all the rest in between. It's well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation ( beach gear, sand toys, kitchen utensils, spices, just show up with your clothes and you are set).

The condo is exactly as advertised. It is close to shopping, airport, other main cities (Lahaina), beach and attractions. My family of 5 (all kids over 19 yrs old) enjoyed our 3-day stay. We utilized the beach chairs and towels. We were happy to not lug all that stuff from home. We would have used more of the amenities (e.g. pool, boogie board, etc.) If our stay was longer. Samantha was very responsive to everything. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks with our kids. The place was exactly as described on the website. We used the beach chairs, coolers, and boogey boards supplied in the condo every day. It was a great location where we could see the ocean and sunset everyday and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Shopping was close by as well. The one day that we had problems with the cable, Samantha had it fixed immediately. We would definitely return to stay at this condo!

Cute and convenient, but not super clean

We enjoyed our stay in Maui. Overall, we though this rental was ok. Cute, but a little small for six...especially with little kids. We have a 3 and 1.5 yo, and it was hard to keep them out of everything. The place is not the cleanest when we got there. I thought it had a faint smell of smoke or something...and we even saw a couple cockroaches. However, the place was stocked with beach toys and towels, and even a few beach chairs. It was also nice that the condo provided a queen size air mattress; very useful for the littles. Communication: 4/5 Comfort: 3/5 Cleanliness: 2.5/5 Location: 4/5

We already want to go back!

This is a perfect place to stay! She has made sure you are well taken care of. There were even beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. The location is great, next to the beach, and very central to things. I'm already looking at prices for next year to rent this same place! Maui is truly a magical place and words can't express how beautiful it is. This condo is a great place to make some meals and spend your nights. I would recommend it to anyone! :)

Central to Kihei and the west coast! 2 BR and bath! Well maintained Unit

The 2 BR 2 Bath unit was a great place to stay, well maintained, and brightly decorated. air cons in every room met all our needs with great magical sunset views of the beach. Very comfortable beds, showers, with lots of hot water, close to local shops down south kihei rd, restaurants, bars and other amenities, and designated reserved parking. There were handy beach chairs and coolers for us to use. Samantha was responsive to our needs even if we only communicated by text. Only issue was, the Bluetooth speaker went missing before we got to the unit, but there was TV to keep my teenagers occupied. Laundry facilities were handy to have also. Make sure you have plenty of quarters. I will recommend this place to our family and friends and will book it again next time we are in Maui! Thanks Samantha.

Incridible place and location

I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to share our experience staying at Sidi's place. I paused at first when we entered the condo because I was very impressed with the way how the pace was decorated and stylishly designed. The place is very beautiful and met all our needs: clean; excellent view of the beach (especially during sunset); spacious for the five of us. Very comfortable beds, close to grocery store, restaurants, bars and other amenities, and designated reserved parking. There were beach chairs and coolers and board games for kids/family. It's a great place to stay with your significant other and/or family, and the price is unbeatable for a two full bedrooms and 2 baths. I definitely recommend this place and will book it again next year!. Thank you Sidi for letting us stay in your place and enjoy the memorable vacation!
